I ended up ordering the seafood boil (it's called something else but the name escapes me) and the Cuban sandwich because I was feeling extremely hungry. The Cuban was good, I would say nothing special as far as Cubans go but the boil was great. I got a bit lost in the sauce while eating it so I no doubt embarrassed myself as I completely escaped reality while eating it. We went earlier in the day so the bar wasn't too social but anywhere you sit in the pub is comfortable. Anyway, before I knew it I was 5 drinks deep and being the lightweight I am, I decided to clock out to make it home for bedtime at 9. I get sidetracked...if you're on the fence and are reading this now, just go.

Customer told her that in the US, she was not required to show documentation. Owner disappeared and returned saying that she talked to some friends who have service animals and said that it is true a person did not need to show any documents, but if it was a real service dog, that person would show it anyways. She made comments that the dog did not look like a service dog. Anyone could buy a collar and tag from Amazon. She grumbled about it to other ladies at the bar and was completely rude. I was shocked by her behavior over this. The bartender was polite and even offered a bowl of water. Very disappointed that an owner could be so oblivious or the laws and treat people the way she did. Won't go there again. Not worth the drama.

I already spent 50.00 on food some place else and paid someone to go get it just to find that the place was closed. So I was thankful that the Pub was open. I also completely understand a long wait. I was told on the phone that they couldn't do to go orders bc they were too busy. Also understandable. Here is where I have a problem .My burgers after over 2 hrs were undercooked, my fries were not good and also they had onion and lettuce when I requested no to both. I'm reasonable and I get that people make mistakes. But when I called to let them know no one would answer the phone. I called back like a day possably 2 and spoke with a very nice lady that informed me that the manager was not in but that she would get her the message and have her call me back. I waited a few days still not hearing from anyone I called back again. I explained the situation once again to another very nice lady and was assured someone would get back to me. No one did.

I also don't tend to laugh like a loud congested hyena, so maybe that doesn't hinder my view on the joint. The bartenders Morgan, Christina, John and Emma are all amazing.
