It is a brightly-lit, high ceiling building that has a collection of artwork (for sale!) from multiple local talents of various mediums. I went in to look, but walked out with 2 multi-media oil painting-newspaper pieces from an artist named Holly whom I even got to meet! It was incredible to get to chat with her about what inspired her to create this kind of work. Then at checkout, my eyeballs deceived me by wandering to some cool glass-blown plant stick decorations that were made from the last Disney glass blower. So, I, of course, *had* to buy a couple of those delightful beauties! Everyone I met there was friendly and welcoming; there is much to look at and much to do there; it is also a place that has many giftable items if you have a birthday or holiday coming up or need some walls to fill. If I had more time, I would have stayed and participated in the self-paced $10 watercolor painting project that was setup in the middle of the hall. Heck, I could be here all day!

Also, they stated not knowing the compound pharmacy information my prescription order went to or how to retrieve the medication, and then acted as if it was an inconvenience for them to find out from the doctor. They didn't know which doctor completes specific tasks such as contact lens training, so we were incorrectly scheduled with a doctor who doesn't do the training and had to reschedule much later. I asked for a school note which wasn't provided, so I had to ask again about an hour later. They also handed my young son his new eye glasses in the case and never offered to make sure they even fit him. Who does that?! Nevermind that we were never greeted while at least two staff members weren't even helping other customers, there were so many more specific examples demonstrating their level of incompetence and poor customer service. Again, save your time and patience by going elsewhere.

They don't have just your usual bland glasses, there are a great variety of new stylish choices. Some glasses for more bold fashion (see photo) and others for hardy work wear. RJ has a knowledgeable staff and works with multiple insurance needs. We often replace lens, get sunglasses and buy new glasses for what you might spend for one pair in other places. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for frames. I brought in a new pair of glasses because I had scratched the lenses. RJ, the owner, reminded me, " Don't use your t-shirt to clean your lenses" RJ was kind enough to reorder my scratched lenses for free with no hassle, such great service! The store is always clean and I'm greeted with a warm smile. I can simply hand them my prescription and know things will be handled in a week or so, but usually a few days later I'll get the call to come pick up my glasses. My son was so upset he was crushed. I walked in after school and the lady found another frame that was exact and quickly replaced it.
