The first time I found out about Fresh Fusion Bar was on April 11, 2026, at the 5th Annual Light Up…read morethe Night benefitting the center for ASD, and my friend was the one who invited me to this awesome event. On that day, I met Míriam, the owner, along with her kiddos, and they were selling matcha drinks and refreshers.
They were all so friendly and welcoming. I asked Míriam's daughter what she recommended after I informed her I was a matcha fan(she was also the one taking orders, hence why I inquired about a recommendations). She recommended coconut matcha, and I've been hooked ever since, along with their lattes and refreshers. After that, I went to Crowley Farmers Market on Main for their delicious and refreshing drinks. Thanks to Míriam, I've also purchased food, drinks, candies, desserts and other items from other vendors. Míriam is friendly, kind, attentive, and provides superb customer service. The ambience is always welcoming.
They sell specialty lattes, Matcha lattes, loaded refreshers, Chai, and they also have add-ons like popping boba, syrups, purée, fresh fruit, cold foams and gummies. Their milk options are almond milk, oat milk and whole milk.
My top favorite drinks are Coconut matcha, Golden Velvet Latte, Mazapán latte, horchata matcha, Watermelon sunrise and pineapple paradise. I've also purchased some refreshers for my friends to have, and they said they were good, refreshing, and perfect on these warm days. Their coconut matcha is so creamy and such delicious goodness. The Golden Velvet latte is a great dessert latte, and I was still able to taste the espresso when I ordered for pick-up. It's perfect. Their Mazapán latte is also good and not overwhelmingly sweet. The horchata matcha was well-balanced and loved that I was able to taste the cinnamon. Watermelon sunrise reminded me of the summer and something you'd like to drink any time. I tasted the watermelon and it was so refreshing. Pineapple Paradise was wonderfully made and invigorating.
On Saturdays, she is a vendor at the Burleson Farmers market from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m.
On Sundays, she's a vendor at Crowley Farmers Market on Main from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
It also looks like they are open Tuesday-Sunday from 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.- 8 p.m. for pick-up, and you'll need to contact them via Instagram or the number they provide.
I highly recommend you stop by and, if you're more inclined to order your espresso drinks, I highly recommend you order for pick-up since that's where it's at in regard to getting your espresso fix. Regarding all the other drinks, you can get them for pick-up or at the farmers' markets. Definitely support Míriam's small business she's such a sweetheart and the best.
