He asked if I had any questions and discussed bikes with me for a short time. He was knowledgeable about bikes as well as trails and where to ride. The shop is super clean with everything in it's place, neat and orderly. Quite a few shops I've been in things are piled all over in disarray so this was nice, easy to see what's for sale. There were accessories like locks, bells, seats, tubes plus a good variety of new bikes. The prices seemed really great for a bike shop. I can't write about service but I would definitely bring my bike here and try it if needed. The parking lot and entrance are in the back enter from the side street....easy peasy. I look at this as a great find....love to see bike shops around.

It was a quick turnover so I came back a few days later and staff was just as friendly and helpful as the first visit.

My partner happened upon Ebikes Delivered on a trip to Niagara Falls, and the experience was one of…read morethe highlights of our vacation. We are avid cyclists, and are out and about as often as we can with our ebikes at home. So we like to explore in equal fashion when traveling. And this service 'delivered'--literally and figuratively. Jordan was such a pleasure to deal with. He drove the bikes to our hotel ahead of schedule, and explained in detail how they worked. Ebikes are idiosyncratic in features and occasional shortcomings, so we took them for a brief test-spin around the parking lot to 'break ourselves in.' Jordan also gave us some tips and recommendations for enjoying our ride. The bikes were easy to use--despite their large size and weight--rugged and durable, and the battery charge was still near full after a full day and nearly 30 miles. We were able to navigate some unpaved terrain with no issues at all. Ebikes Delivered is the best way to enjoy the American side of Niagara Falls, the islands, and the river trails. It is scenic and beautiful, you really get to see everything, and easily ride through it all the entire way. We highly recommend Jordan and Ebikes Delivered. We were 'spinning our wheels' on the last day of our vacation, but in the best way possible.
