2022 Orbea Terra H30

I read some poor reviews so called to speak with someone directly and ended up having a great experience. I ordered my bike online and it was shipped the same day. It arrived on time, packaged securely, and all in one piece. It was easy to put together and is a great bike for a great price. I couldn't be happier with the bike and overall experience!

Took a 1952 schwinn collegiate bike found on the curb in our neighborhood after a community yard sales in the cul-de-sac and gave it a couple hundred dollar paint job. Spent hours w/Brillo pads to the bright work. Then my search to replace my crusty/useless chain began, after returning an Amazon purchase, I reached out to my local bike shop Bike Bling. They said bring it in and they'd set me up. And they did, worked perfect and made the necessary changes while I did there watching. I'll return to this shop first next time.

Just purchased Orbea e50 e bike today. I met the owner last week. I am a biker but ebike is new to me. We are buying our RV trip to Ventura next week. Owner let us test ride and explained more about the ebike. The purchasing process was easy, and they provided excellent service. I would hight recommend BikeBling to anyone who wants to purchase any types of bike. They have many selections and lots of accessories.

First email confirming delivery in August as promised.

Wholeheartedly....ZERO stars. See emails below. Run away...most likely will have to especially if you ordered a bike from them and it never shows up. I get it, global pandemic. I get it, "You're inundated with emails". I get that you couldn't keep your website up to date. You also have to get that your business looks like an absolute scam job. If you don't answer calls, or emails, and you don't ship things that you've promised...you're not a real business. You cant be. My long story short with this fraud shop: Bike stolen in July (not their fault that I can tell)... Frantically get online to find a bike. Bike bling website promising, "Order now for August delivery" (lie number 1). Place order and hope and pray its not a scam. Call the next day to confirm not being scammed, someone actually answered and promised they were on schedule (lie number 2). Emailed end of August quoting what I was told, see email below. Response to said email, "first week in Otober (sic)" see email below. Over the course of the next 2 months, call 5 more times. Email probably 10 times. Nothing. It's been 3 months. It's late October and no bike (massive lie number 3). This cant be how you run a business, global pandemic or not. You aren't legitimate. In what business is that not a scam? I write this October 20, order still, "Processing" (lie number 4). DO NOT ORDER OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EXPECTING ANYTHING LESS THAN TO BE IGNORED AND/OR RIPPED OFF. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Had an amazing experience with Bike Bling in purchasing my new Orbea Orca M20iLTD. Not sure why others have had a less than perfect experience. I believe it is due to the frustrating fact that supply chain issues have hit the bike market hard as well as so many other markets. Kerry and the team at Bike Bling are very patient and kind. They will take the time to make sure that you end up with the bike you want and really make an effort to find you a bike that fits you and find it as quickly as they can. I have to say I'm super happy with the shop and team there and recommend them to anyone. Just be patient since the economy can make availability tough and this is not Bike Blings fault. Thanks again to Kerry and Team for all you help and support in helping me chose my perfect bike! Norbert

His website states he'll open on days he is closed per appointment only, so I went ahead and gave him a call requesting an opportunity to visit today Sunday, April 16th at 3pm latest. Sure enough he was there for us. At the end of the visit we ended up purchasing three BMX bikes. Although we went to his Escondido location, I'm certain he has a wide selection in San Marcos. Thank you for the personalized assistance Mark!

I posted this a week ago and took it down, deciding to give Marc the benefit of the doubt. But a…read moreweek later, he has not responded to any (multiple) communications, so here it is. This Bike Shop has closed (both of them)! First, I have purchased a few High End Bikes from Marc previously and while he's a little prickly, his advice has always been sound, if not a little off-putting. Even years ago it was hard to tell if the shop was going to be open or closed, so you had to call and make arrangements ahead of going there. It was one of those places where advice was good, but customer service was always lacking. Now, if you go to the old website it links to a new site called Seven24 Bicycles. The new website lists some pretty attractive bikes at very good prices, but it fails to mention that these are all old models that he's attempting to move on to clear out his stock from the stores. This presents two issues: - The shop is no longer listed as a dealer for the bikes he sells. Not sure if these bikes come backed by any manufacturers warrantee. I seriously doubt that any of the manufacturers will warrantee a 2021 model first sold in 2026. I'd confirm my suspicions with the owner, but he refuses to answer any calls, emails, or texts. - Marc (the owner) is very difficult to get in touch with, if you call it says to email, if you email he replies saying to text. Took a few attempts, but finally got in touch with him. Made arrangement to meet him at a non-retail facility on a Friday after he said it was the best day to meet up. Friday morning as we were in route, he cancelled on us and said we'd need to meet on Sunday. Sunday morning we drive to his "warehouse" (30+ minutes each way) and he's a NO SHOW! Waited a half hour and called and texted with no response, I have called, texted for a week now, he refuses to respond. We ended up buying one bike from Trek there in San Marcos and one from REI in San Diego. Don't bother with this guy, it's a waste time your time. It's pretty clear he doesn't need customers.

Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick-- a wonderful business owner!…read more It's Spring/ Summer 2020 (COVID19 edition), kids are out of school and families are required to stay home. We've watched all of Netflix, tended to the garden, and organized our closets, twice. Luckily, we're also allowed to stay active! Running, walking, and we've recently picked up biking. We were on the lookout for a new bike for my brother and generally, I've always tried to support a local business before looking anywhere else. I think it's incredibly important, especially now that small businesses are being affected disproportionately due to the Coronavirus. I was surprised to learn that Valley Center had a bike shop of its own. So, I reached out to ABC to see what they had in inventory! I was able to communicate with Nick over the phone initially and he made it easy to stay connected through ABC's IG DM, as I was not always available. We settled on a few models after describing my price point and requirements for the new bike. He even lowered the price on a few bikes to better fit our range!!! Nick was patient, flexible, and kind throughout the entire process. Although it took us a few days to set a date, I'm glad we were finally able to meet. You'll be able to find their store on Cole Grade Rd across the street from A1 irrigation. It may be difficult to spot at first, but their store entrance is shared with Solar Rain, the furthest door to the left facing the structure. If you're at the Grangettos, you're at the right spot. Nick and his assistant (sorry I didn't catch his name, but also very friendly) assembled the bike for us and allowed us to give it a spin. We were also looking for helmets, and Nick hooked us up with two, providing us yet another discount (57% off). He also sent us home with a pair of FREE flashing lights for the rear of our bikes, for safety! I was touched. Nick was wonderful! I'm really grateful for his friendliness and heart of service. This is why I support small businesses. He made sure we were set to go before departing. He gave my brother's bike a second adjustment after seeing him ride it, and offered him a free tune up in a few months. I'll certainly be coming to Nick for all my bike needs from here on out, and I recommend you reading this do the same!

We saw the bike that we wanted listed on ABC's website and immediately called to see if they still had it in stock, which they did! Nick was super nice and helpful on the phone, and even more awesome in person!! He was able to fit us into his schedule on a last minute notice. Following our initial phone call, Nick built the bike and tuned it up beautifully for when we came to pick up (about 3 hours later). He even made extra adjustments for us after we tried out the bike. If you are looking for superb quality customer service, great conversation with a bike enthusiast, and extremely fair pricing, look no further - you are lucky to have stumbled across Nick and America Bike Company! As a bonus, Nick even offered us ongoing advice about our new mountain bike via reaching out on social media (they have Instagram), 5 year warranty for our particular bike + one free tune up for the future. You're not just buying a bike when you shop with Nick & America Bike Company, you are also buying his expertise for years to come. Thank you so much Nick, we are definitely lifelong customers as of today!!

I was in OB this weekend riding around and I got a flat rear tire on my ebike. Called them and…read morethey said they didn't have my tube size. Luckily I had a spare tube, but unluckily I didn't have my 18mm wrench to remove the rear wheel. They said they could do it, and I dropped the bike off. They closed in two hours and said it would be done by 5. Walked by about an hour later (no call), and the bike was in the store and done. Go inside and no one was in the store, but I heard someone in the back. After a few minutes we looked in the back and asked if the bike was done. It was, and it was $20 for the fix. I was happy with that! Started riding out of OB, and by the time we hit Morena area, something felt off. Looked down and the tire looked soft. Within 5 more minutes it was dead flat. Had to call for a ride all the way back home. Today I looked at the tire closely with a flashlight and saw that they never removed the tiny piece of metal in the tire that caused the flat. Took the wheel off and put pressure in the tube, only to find the leak was on the inner (rim side) of the tube. Nothing sharp on the rim, so they must have messed up on the install. Why replace a tube and not inspect the tire? And a bike shop that installs a tube wrong that causes a flat? Gave this place 2 stars just for the fact that I'm only out $20
