I probably purchase 70% of my daughter's clothes here. It's SO cheap! Some items are too worn, but I find a lot of great denim, Gap, Osh Kosh, Cat&Jack, tons and tons of great buys for $2.50-$3.50. I've never tried to sell, I assume they don't pay very much because their prices are so low. Most of the reviews seem to be from sellers with unrealistic expectations..... if you're a shopper this place is a win ! read more

I came in this past Saturday, and I was utterly shocked at the lack of respect in this place. I brought my kids in, and the lady there at the time (I believe she had ginger hair) was extremely disrespectful. We were greeted with attitude and both my children and I felt the animosity running through that place. Purchased a huge bag of lol dolls, clothes and accessories for my daughter from here and when I got it home and opened the bag it smelled entirely of smoke. Unfortunately had to throw away the lot which cost me $25. They have a no return policy which is pretty crappy especially in a situation like this. Only positive I can see about this store is sometimes they have decent kids clothes but even that is hit or miss with possibility of stains or flaws that have gone unnoticed and just thrown out on the floor. read more

My family recently moved to the Omaha area and I was excited to learn there was a children's consignment as I'd sold to them often where I previously lived. I brought in 32 gently used; many name branded clothing & shoes to consign. During the 45 minute wait I walked around the store & selected some books to purchase. I was impressed with the variety and large selection. When I got to the counter the young man handed me my consignment slip and box with only 3 items not selected and stated they would pay me $5.30 for 29 items!! The shoes had never been worn and there were several Adidas items. Everything was cleaned, no holes rips or stains and current (purchased within the last year). I was floored! That breaks down to 18 cents an item they'll turn around and sell for $5-$20 an item (based on pricing I saw on similar items on the floor). This is unacceptable! I'd read several bad reviews for this establishment but always choose to make my own assessment. This left a terrible first impression. I won't be going back! read more

As far as resale/thrift shops go, this is pretty average. But if you are looking for kids clothes, they have a huge selection and the prices are decent. I didn't really need help the time I went, but the employee that checked me out and another that was helping another customer both were friendly. As with other thrift stores, it's best to come with an open mind - you cannot count on finding specific items, but there's always something unexpected. This is my "last resort" resale shop before taking my items to the Goodwill. They literally offer you pennies per item and the owners (who work in the store) are quite snobby and rude. (I once witnessed them making a big show of taking a tub of items to set outside and telling the woman "there's a bug in your bin". Obviously it was impossible that the bug crawled in while the tub was sitting on their floor and the public shaming was necessary.) I rarely purchase any of my kids' clothing at the resale shops I sell to, but I almost never buy from here due to the "very used" condition of most of the items they sell. read more

If you are going to consign any items here, do not expect to get much. I would say you would get about a quarter to a third of what you would typically get, and that might be generous, if you were able to garage sale it. Honestly, you would probably be better off donating it to the Goodwill and claiming it as a tax deduction. I think that they have a good selection for certain items. I feel that a lot of the play/day-to-day clothing is a little bit worn, but every once in a while you can find a new item with the tags still on it. For items such as swimsuits, coats and nice church clothes, I think that they do have some good options that are in excellent condition and you can get great prices. Toddler shoe selection is very limited, But that is probably because most toddlers wear out their shoes! read more

Big wheels to butterflies is a rip off to sell clothes. I took them over $100 worth of clothing some still had tags on it and in very good condition just yesterday. Mind you I drove from the Benson area to 192 for them to take our what they wanted,and give me $60 for it. What a rip off 3garbage of clothes too by the time they were done ripping me off I had 1 bag of clothing for $60 B2B yall need to get better with price for buying because by the time you purchase from B2B you will be spending the money that you just made selling your stuff to them and at unfair prices just f@#!$% up and that's the truth it was a waist of time driving all the way out there. read more

I can't say what I really want to say about her, but in other words she takes the cake for the rudest, most classless, foul mouthed, ignorant store owner I've EVER encountered. She actually told me if I didn't like her employees bad attitudes, I didn't need to shop in her trashy store. Ok- I won't. This review is about the location on 168th but I'm putting under all of them since they have the same owner! My 4 year old and I came into this store today around 6:30 and were treated terribly! I come to at least one B2B weekly and this is the worst experience I have ever had. First, am older lady followed my son around getting frustrated with every toy he looked at and then said something about toys not being off shelves. Second, even though there was at least 28 or so minutes before closing, the employees stood around talking about how they should be like "Jenn from Papillion that turns off the lights before close so that people know it's time to go! This made me feel completely uncomfortable and I have the receipts to prove that I spend at least $100 or more a week at these stores. I took my children's clothes to this store. I was rejected for having a smoke smell. I understand this. I have since quit smoking and cleaned everything. That was 3 yes ago. I took more clothes in twice now. And was turned down, They didn't even look at them because they said the items smelled like smoke. I went to great length to make sure they were never exposed to ANY smoke. SO i am guessing my file is marked smoking and i don't know how to get that off there. but taking the same clothes to another B2B tomorrow and see if they will buy. I've consigned here once, and shopped here several times. They offered me $25 for a pretty big bag of items, which was about what I expected. I probably could have gotten more selling everything on a buy/sell/trade page, but who has the time? The consignment process was simple: I just gave them my bag of stuff and did some shopping while they went through everything. Then they called me over to tell me what they could offer me and what they did not need because of oversupply (mostly onesies). They do have certain hours when they do consignments (no appointment necessary) so make sure you go during those times if you have stuff to sell. As for shopping, I love going here! My twin boys go through a LOT of clothes, and they have some cute stuff here--if you are willing to browse through a lot of so-so stuff. Most items are around $2.50, or more for matching outfits. I've gotten lots of board books when they were half off and an activity table for $8. They have pretty much everything: baby equipment, toys, rockers, books, shoes, maternity clothes. etc. That said, definitely check out their "Last Chance" location right across the street first, where everything is $1 or less. I come out with a huge bag of clothes every time I go in there, and even scored some nice heavy winter coats for my boys recently for a buck each! read more

B2B actually has three different stores (two right next to each other, one across the street). They have a lot of decent clothing, toys and kids furniture. Some of the prices are a little high (at their main store), but if you venture across the street to their "Last Chance" store, everything is just $1. For parents who don't feel like paying an arm and a leg for new clothes that their kid will only wear once or twice, the "Last Chance" store is a gold mine. They also just opened a maternity store. My one gripe with them is that some of the clothes they accept are clearly stained, but they don't adjust the price on those items to reflect that. read more

Glad I finally checked this place out. They have anything and everything you could think of when it comes to clothing your little one. They even have toys, bedding, baby accessories and gears, and have items out that go with the seasons. Prices were decent and went by quality and name brand. Everything was very organized in the store and with a little digging, it was easy to walk away with some cute little clothes for when my daughter comes along. Staff was able answer my questions. NEVER and I mean NEVER go to bigwheels2butterflies aka B2B. I have been going to their store since they had one store on 168th. I literally brought 15 pair of name brand good conditioned toddler shoes. I'm talking Nikes, Jordan's, vans that my baby barely wore. I also brought 20 brand new outfits and they offered me 66 dollars to be exact. The kicker is they gave me a check. I told them I did not want a check for 60 dollars, and I have always received cash. They said it has to be less then 30 dollars unless you're buying back. I told them i did not want to buy back like I have done multiple times in the past, and nowhere on the website or store does it say it has to be less than 30 to get cash. I definitely have a bank account but that's not the point. The manager was extremely rude and told me you know banks are open still etc. My point is they don't want to give you cash they want to force you to spend money in their store and that's that! Needless to say I got my stuff back, and I'm donating it to the womens shelter. It's not about the money it's the principal. You shouldn't be forced to buy back to get cash over 30 dollars, and if that's the case post that disclaimer period! They have no intentions on giving you cash for your gently used clothes. They will lowball you and turn around and sell it for so much more! I guess this is how they are now able to open up so many stores. So if you are looking to make quick cash on your gently used things don't go here! I've never been to any other resale store that tries to force a check on you. read more

I do not even want to give this store a star. I brought in a basket full of clothes that were name brand from hanna anderson, gymboree, hartstrings, etc, and were all in excellent condition. For the whole tub of items...they gave me $30. I was shocked considering the value of the items were probably upwards of $1000. You would be better off writing off your clothes by giving it to a homeless shelter, having a garage sale, craigs list or ebay before throwing your items away at this store. I will not be returning and would not dream of recommending. read more

the cloths are ok. when I went to sell my stuff half of it I know they did not go through. I think when it comes to going through stuff they are lazy on. Cause I went somewhere else where they sell clothing and got a lot more money. Sad when you bring in lots of stuff they lie to you cause they just don't want to go through it. read more

I LOVE this place and they just added a store on 24th and Vinton, which I have made purchases from. You just have to dig a bit more at the Vinton street store for infants, if you are as picky as I am. I purchased most of my maternity clothes at the Papillion store. They have great pants, though very few shirts worth buying. A couple pants didn't have strong enough elastic, but for 4 bucks I just gave them to goodwill. Just make sure to jump up and down to see if the pants fall off before purchasing! :) I also purchased a stroller that ended up smellig moldy and returned it with no problem. This is an absolutely awesome place to sell and purchase!! I have done both lately, even after reading where the lady had a bin of clothes that were worth much more than she was offered, well it is resale -- I know what I have spent on my only granddaughter - but they are in the business to make money also and it goes to people who need a little extra help buying clothes for their children, I absolutely will continue to patronize this store. I must also give props to the girls who work here, they are energetic, sweet, kind and have a hard job, (imagine telling someone you will pay them 30 for clothes they think are worth 1000) - they all have class, and just have made this place a worthwhile place for me to come to sell what she can't wear anymore, and even though I swear I don't need to buy her anything, I always find something I can't resist - and it is so much cheaper than going to GYMBOREE, gap or one of the others!!! WARNING! Do not sell your merchandise to Bigwheels 2 Butterflies. Save yourself disappointment. This is the most corrupt operation out there. This past Saturday I dropped off a few heeping totes of merchandise for them to buy. I had $2000.00 of receipts for one tote and the other one was full of lightly used clothing. Everything was originally purchased from Von Maur, Dillard's, or Village Pointe, most items were never worn and all items were higher-end clothing. An old wrinkled crabby lady with grey hair took everything and gave me a check for $58. I was completely offended and it was apparent to me that they have no understanding or appreciation for the goods. It was a complete RIP OFF and Highway Robery by them. I would have gotten a bigger tax break by donating my items to COPE or the Open Door Mission. I wish I would have done that now and I will NEVER go back to Bigwheels 2 Butterflies again. I encourage everyone to donate items to a nonprofit organization that actually helps others. Very disappointed! read more

3 stars for the variety of clothes and they are 90%in good condition. Staff was friendly as well. However in the past few months we've taken a few 55 gallon Rubbermaid containers of clothes \ toys and they are offering less and less. Used to be a great place to get fair selling prices, but not anymore. I've gone back to see what my sold items were priced at and 1 toy was priced at the entire offer for my 55 gallon container full of clothes. read more

Staff is friendly and helpful and whenever I need to throw a little something in my son toy rotation I stop in here for a bag of gently used toys. I have been going to this place since the very first location opened and personally know the sisters who own it. When my daughter was little it was frustrating buying new clothes she would just stain beyond repair, or spending a lot on a Jimboree outfit and be afraid to even put it on her. This store made it so much easier to spend a little and not worry so much about her wearing it! It's consignment so the selection is hit or miss, but it seems if you do find stuff you usually find a decent amount since that's the nature of supply with consignment. I've bought everything from books to shoes and tons of clothes here and probably consigned just as much. You could probably get more per item having a garage sale but here's what I've found - told my daughter last year she could get a bigger bike if she sold enough of her old stuff to pay for it, she's 9 now. So I did a garage sale on a Thursday and a Saturday. Didn't advertise , just bought one yard sign at walmart and put it on a busy street by my house. Had to stick around all day some people stop and some don't because if they don't have kids they wouldn't want anything she was selling. You have to have cash for change, had one lady ask me to hold a bunch of stuff so her husband could come back with a truck to haul it (luckily he actually did come that night). Plus I had to borrow tables to put everything on, price it all, etc. it's a lot of work doing a garage sale and most if what we sold went in the first few hours, she had a lot of nice stuff. But then after 2 days we still had quite a bit left including a Barbie bike which surprised me. We packed it all up took it there and she got $60 for everything that was left. Definitely worth more, but it saves the time and effort of a garage sale or craigslisting. I still craigslist my big stuff I know I can get good money for, but the clothes and stuff I just take there. Goodwill is a for profit business like anybody (yes! FOR PROFIT - look it up) and they pay nothing for their inventory. The staff as they have grown is disappointing I agree with the other reviewers and why I only gave 4 stars. I miss their mom who used to always work the front register. She was a sweetheart. But I can't imagine the pay is much so the young girls they have are probably the best they can get. It's consignment, if you really are particular about getting what you think full value for your stuff is you will want to sell it yourself. You'll get about .25 on the dollar here, but they take it off your hands. Whatever they do it's working, they have like 4 locations now! read more

I used to love my relationship with Bigwheels 2 Butterflys n.k.a. B2B Kids Resale. I would bring in a tub of CLEAN, CURRENT, SEASONAL baby and children's clothing and while they priced it, I would SHOP for new (used) clothes. I made a little money from them and they made money from me - both in my purchases from that day and the sale of my clothes which they bought. It was mutually beneficial - a great deal all around. I've been doing this for years, bringing in a tub of clothes each fall and spring. I started to notice I was making less and less from them every time even though I was using the same discretion in what I was bringing them. I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of. B2B Kids Resale is getting GREEDY. The last straw was when I got $15 for a large selection of clothing. And while they were deciding this price, I was shopping as usual. But all I saw were faded, pilled, raggedy clothes. ALL OVERPRICED for what they were ... clearly USED clothing. Not like what I brought to them which was apparently only worth $15. I'll be taking my clothing sales and my business elsewhere from now on. And I'm disappointed to say that, but they need to show a little more appreciation for the people who keep their business running. read more
