I stopped in here today and had such a genuinely kind experience that I had to share. I was looking at a bag of apples and asked if I could just buy one instead of the whole bag. Instead of charging me, she simply smiled and let me have it. It was such a small gesture, but it really stuck with me. Beyond that, the store has such a unique vibe. It's tucked into this really cool basement space that gives it a cozy, hidden-gem feel, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating this special place! This store appears small on the outside but you descend stairs (no elevator as far as I know) to enter. It's big on the inside with various items: women's/men's clothing, a small selection of children's clothing, ceramics (plates, mugs), some smaller furniture items. There was a nice, small purple couch for $600; there's a very small amount of items that seem to be curated and in good condition. There's a large quantity and variety of items, however the selection is poor. A lot of the clothing items had stains or marks. It reeked of mold, and smells horrible. The clothing items on the racks are packed very close together so it can be tough to sift through. Cashier with a beard and glasses was extremely rude! We walked in and there was no welcome. I would go so far as to say we received an annoyed look that we came in. However, when there was a busload of white women that came in and were loudly patronizing the store the whole time, they received a warm welcome with a smile. I entered this store with family (aunt and 2 cousins) as a visitor from out of state. When we approached the cashier, my aunt paid for her items: 1 shirt, 1 pair of pants, 3 bracelets, and a mug which totaled around $33. My aunt asked the cashier about the prices of certain individual items after she paid, because the bracelets and mug didn't have price tags on them when we brought them to the register. She wasn't given a receipt nor was she asked if she wanted one when she checked out. The cashier responded in an annoyed tone, "Oh my gosh, I'll just print you a receipt." The cashier should've asked if she wanted a receipt after she paid! We decided to just leave after the interaction, but my aunt and cousin went back in the store to take some photos of the store. My aunt: "You should've given me a receipt instead of saying 'oh my gosh'. It was rude." Cashier: "I was just trying to give you a receipt because you couldn't count it up." My aunt: "You were being rude and should've given me a receipt from the beginning." After that, my aunt walked away and the cashier proceeds to tell the customers in line that he was trying to "help" my aunt in their original interaction, which is incorrect. He was unfriendly and rude towards our whole party, no customer service skills for customers of color. Don't shop here if you're a person of color. It's not worth the stained clothing merchandise or withstanding the stench of mold in this basement shop. read more

Forever Yesterday is one of the most interesting thrift stores I've ever been in. It's not just an average thrift store - but kind of a curio and collectible store as well. Lots of interesting things, good deals and stuff you could look through for hours. Friendly folks working there also. Wish I lived closer to visit again! read more

I visited this place for the first time and I love it! It's super cool that this place is inside a former skating rink. There is plenty of parking out front. I love the way everything is organized. They have different shelves for different materials and items, such as white glass, clear glass, pottery, etc. I came in with a few ideas in mind and found plenty of cool gifts for thriftmas. They have a special where if you found a gold coin with a star on it, you get $5 off your total purchase! They also have weekly specials. I went on a Tuesday and it was 20% off glass, so I was able to get this beautiful, heavyweight glass decanter for only $20! The person who checked me out was super kind as she carefully wrapped up my glass items so they would be safe during the ride home. Love this place and will return! read more

Truly a great thrifting spot! They have everything from high end finds to the thrifting basics. Not as big of a clothes selection, but all other finds make up for it. This place has a HUGE book and glassware selection. Books are my go to, and they have them for 99cents each !!! They do have Black Friday deals with 30% off most of the store! read more

This is a really cool thrift store with an edge of mid-century and antique vibe. There is jewelry, housewares, books, clothes, knickknacks and more! The shelves are neat and orderly, making it super easy to roam and view. . I like the history of this huge space. It used to be a roller rink. You can see the floor and edges of where the rink was. I can imagine high school kid of yesteryear having fun skating to disco music. Then it became the home to Omaha Roller Girls, the Omaha Roller Derby Team. And then, the space became an indoor paintball place. You can see some of the orange and green paint splatter on the ceiling. . I absolutely LOVED this hidden gem. I had no idea the space was going to be so large since there was a business located right next door. After going down the stairs, I was greeted with rows upon rows of amazing thrifted items. If you're ever looking for some holiday decor, they have you covered. They have a lot of things that remind me of my grandma's house, it was better than I could have imagined. The prices in this establishment were also insanely reasonable! Getting cook books for 99 cents is an amazing find. I can't wait to crack those spines open and make some goodies! read more

Great shop! You can get lost in here for hours. Rows and rows and rows. The new owners have done a great job organizing. I always find something when I go here. It's kind of a cool set up as it used to be an old roller rink. Only thing lacking here are clothes and shoes, never seem to score in that department. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist. They boast a sizeable collection of antique and vintage glassware. They also have a good selection of books. There's a small inventory of clothing, mainly quality women's, with some men's and children's items. Ownership changed hands around two years ago. At first, prices were higher than what you'd typically find at a thrift store of this kind. However, they've listened to customer feedback and have since adjusted their pricing. If you didn't stick around after your first visit or two, it's worth giving them a second shot--I think you'll be glad you did! The only downside is the steep staircase right after you walk into the store. When I was waiting for hip surgery, I couldn't use the stairs. The staff were very accommodating and let me park my car at the back near the loading docks, which made it much easier to access the basement shops. read more

This is a hidden gem in Omaha! I truly love to thrift or go to antique malls and this is almost a mix of both. You have to go down stairs to get there, and it looks small on the outside, but once you get in, it's huge! There is a whole section of clothes, long isles of housewares, and a furniture section.
