They have a section of $5 earrings that I always gravitate towards, and they have a good selection of inexpensive hair clips. The customer service is friendly and they are happy to answer questions about the products or help you find something specific. The only downside is the last time I went, I asked about a specific item I've bought multiple times under the impression it was local/handmade, but found out it isn't. Not a big deal but was a little sad because I try to buy stuff that supports local artists as well as the local shops.

I have Never had a good experience at any shop either at the lake or Reno or Carson City. All promises were not keep and it usually took a month to get my bikes back and repairs not done right. My riding partner recommended this company so I called for replacing front fork seals on my 2012 KLX250s dual sport bike. I asked Craig how long it might take. He said two days. I prayed as I left the shop. I did get my bike back in two days and road it in the dirt back home 20 miles from his shop to my house and it is like a brand new ride. Could not be more pleased. The entire staff was great and will use them again. Finally a local shop who does what they say and are all great people. Thank your and I'll be back when ever I need a repair of any kind!

Except.... for this hidden local gem. Wow was that a HUGE sign. This little shop is probably my favorite new boutique and they just opened up a location in South Reno! They have a variety of high end art and decor but also have some very beautiful and unique gifts like bottle openers, handmade jewelry, stuffed animals, home decor, and soooooo so much more!!! I stopped in for some graduation presents because I couldn't buy the typical "2017 congrats grad" picture frame. The man at the front desk immediately greeted me and helped me find everything for a PERFECT gift bag. I settled on an agate Lake Tahoe shaped coaster, a hand cut metal California bottle opener, a small silver heart shaped box, and a cute hand sewn makeup bag. Not only was the service absolutely SPECTACULAR but I felt a genuine sense of helping rather than upselling. The prices are fair to expensive as you get into more upscale and custom/local decor but nothing was horrible. It's what you would expect to pay at a beautiful little gem like La Galleria. After I settled on all my goodies, the man individually wrapped all of my items in gift wrap and then in a gift bag. It was so beautiful and the perfect touch for a gift and excellent customer satisfaction. I LOVEDDDDDD it here. Definitely will go to the Reno location and return to shop. 10/10 recommend!
