the service was impeccable & the food was amazing. the vibes were also super calm and everyone was so friendly.

Went here with my friends because we heard the mamma group for Italian food was good. Had some GREAT food here. The interior was nice & the perfect amount of rowdy. We had two bottles of wine and tried just about everything on the menu. Some items are pricey for what you get (i.e. the focaccia) but others are perfectly worth it (pretty much all the pastas, including the truffle pasta, and the pizzas). Also, BigLove is vegetarian which I know turns some people off, but as a meat eater this was some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Can't recommend this spot enough, definitely will be back.

A great vegetarian spot featuring an extensive wine list and a very cool decor. We each had pizza which was fantastic. As a carnivore, I missed jambon on my pie, but not much. Service was very friendly and attentive. Our lack of French did not present a problem. Biglove Caffe is a nice place to enjoy friends, drink and food.

    Truffle pasta and truffle pizza!

Everything was wonderful! So delicious, it was hard to pick what to order. Second time and will definitely be back again when in Paris!

    Awesome wine glasses!

Loved this place! One of our favorite restaurant in Paris that we came here twice. Make sure to make reservations, pretty easy from Google maps of the restaurant. Service is amazing compared to the rest of Paris' cafes. Their burrata was the best we've ever had, which includes our tour of Italy. Pizza Margherita and spaghetti carbonarra were of such high quality. Calzone was interesting, lots of different flavors like mint, mushrooms, hazelnut, etc. Not a fan of the calzone but we enjoyed the creativity. You scan the QR code for the menu, and you can also pay the bill via the QR code. They also have a pac man type game you can play from the scanned code!

Be sure to make a reservation prior! We saw people get turned away on a Monday night. Our food came fast but we noticed that the people who got seated next to us (and before us) still had not gotten their food by the time we left. Service was decent. Pasta was the winner here.

Nice 100% vegetarian restaurant. Food was okay. Big plates small tables. If you like charcoal vegetables sauce you will like pizza it wasn't for me

I assume this place is the little sister of East Mamma and the daughter of Big Mamma...lol No matter what the association is this is where you go for delicious Italian food! The staff is not only attentive they are funny. We have visited Big Love just once but we have visited East Mamma many times in Paris. The food is fresh, full of unique flavors and served with a smile. They have a nice wine menu as well ( they have moscato) and it is reasonably priced. The added benefit is that they have a few brunch offerings on the weekend. We ordered the lobster pasta and the truffle pizza. Not a morsel was left on our plates when we left! We wanted to get dessert but found ourselves way to full. We shall have to make more of an effort next time to get some dessert.

Amazing food and service. Some of the best pizza I have ever had - which is saying a lot! Would highly recommend reserving in advance as the place gets packed quickly. 10/10

We couldn't eat at this place. We waited at the front for Saturday Brunch. The website and entrance sing advised you can walk in as long as there's space. We waited over 25min since they were having a kitchen issue yet, after they open, we were told there was no space since the entire restaurant has reservations for all tables for the entire day . Do yourself a favor and reserved before you showed up (kinda sucks they have no room for walk-in's)

Honestly, and don't shoot me diehard bigmama group fans; This place was just ok. First of all, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. Warm, happy to see you, kind with your shitty French (yes you). these guys are far and away the best thing big love has going on (well that and a great zip code). We got here early on a Friday, looking for a bite and a cocktail, aka the usual. We were seated quickly, and oh boy am I happy we were Let me explain Roughly 5 minutes after we sat down, the queue that this place is know for started to build. And build...and ..ok you get the picture. Now I want to make it clear that this line in no way shape or form changed our meal. We weren't rushed nor was anyone else. Our food took a while, but when it came out it got me asking myself..why. why the line? It was fine, sure , but worth waiting for? No way. Neither were the drinks we got (their belini Is a million times better than their Mimosa*). It's not that it was bad, I mean it was fine. But again, the queue and hype just didn't justify the burrata, ravioli, or pizza. All were ok, and if you're looking for a spot for a bite to eat you could do worse. if there's a line? Just don't , you can do so much better in this city. ------- Let me use a greater than sign, yelp!

So we wandered across the street and found this nice little spot with outside seating and a variety of appealing menu items. We were seated outside quickly and after a little time our waitress came to take our order. As mentioned in my other reviews we have small appetites, so we decided to split the Pizza Salsiccia based on its other reviews. When reading reviews, keep in mind that there are two locations for this restaurant. As I perused the reviews, it appeared that the other location, has more of the five star reviews. Despite that we decided to give it a try. The pizza was flavorful. I am a bit of a pizza aficionado, so my standards are very high. I would give the pizza a 3 star rating because it was very wet in the middle. The type where the topping pull off when pull a slice out. The coffee we had after was very good. Overall I think I can recommend this place with the caveat that I do not recommend the pizza, unless you like that type of dough.

On night one was started with glasses Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne which we really enjoyed and on our second night we had to have the bottle. We split the Diavola Pizza and the Calzone. The Calzone was great and completely stuffed. I will say if I had to pick I preferred the Diavola Pizza but that's because Enza is making fresh authentic Neapolitan Pizzas. For Round 2 we got the Salsiccia Pizza as well as the Truffle Pizza. The Salsiccia was my favorite of all the pizzas we had here. The Truffle Pizza was also very good and loaded with truffles as well so it is very rich so just a heads up. They on make their own Spicy Olive Oil which is great for dipping your fluffy crust into. We of course had to get dessert as well. I had the Pistachio Cheesecake which was get and had amazing Pistachio flavor. We also got the Croque Glace which is a true Ice Cream Sandwich. It was Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate on a Brioche Bun. It was actually so good and much better then what they are serving at Epcot. The staff was so friendly and helpful each time we came in and seemed happy to see us. For sure a place to check out if you are starting to get a little sick of French Cuisine.

The story goes that I and the rest of my Nintendo of America colleagues had just finished up a very exciting business conference with our friends over at Nintendo of Europe. After wrap up, we decided to take a small tour around the lovely city of Paris. I, of course, took note of all of the similarities between the real Paris and the version seen in the Mario Kart Tour mobile game. I have to say, Nintendo hits it out of the park once again. We then decided to stop inside the Gemini, since that seemed to be the only restaurant name that I could pronounce. I decided to order the Truffle Pizza, and since I am from New York, I love a good pizza. The first bite and it was already heaven on earth! Truly authentic French food being served at this wonderful establishment. I am also very glad that the waiters entertained my shenanigans when asking them what they thought about Mother 3. I had a good laugh after they didn't even know what I was talking about. Excellent service, great food, and an overall fantstic time for any Nintendo fan wanting to stop in and admire the beautiful jungles of France. Also, don't forget to check out Pikmin 4, which lands in stores July 21st. Thank you for reading this highly anticipated Reggie Review, and I will see you all another time, Switch fans!

On the other hand, it made me realize that my mother was a terrible cook. Bistro des Augustins is a small, cozy venue offering both indoor seating and terrace seating near Pont Neuf. It serves a small number of curated dishes, including a wonderfully traditional Bistro Gratin in a homey ceramic dish served piping hot with a brown crispy cheesy top, herbs, spices and chicken. You can also get it with salmon. My brothers and I only saw my mother use our gas range to light her cigarettes, sanitize needles to remove our splinters, and make s'mores during the summer months when she couldn't muster the energy to take us 'outside camping.' I mean, all she had to do was borrow a cookbook, which I'm sure were readily available from maybe a neighbor or in any local bookstore or the public library. How hard is that? I was the only kid who brought a can of tuna and his own monogrammed can opener to school every day. Every day. And mom convinced me that the tuna holster she got me for my birthday was cool and hip. I was a naive mercury-filled fool, although I did become a very fast runner in junior high school because of the tuna holster. The interior décor of Bistro des Augustins is informal and vintage bistro style - wooden tables, traditional chalkboard menus, and soft lighting - creating a relaxed and comfy ambiance. My eyes have been opened to what's possible. Thank you Bistro des Augustins for expanding my culinary horizons. Five stars.
