The pork schnitzel was perfectly tender with a crispy crust, the red cabbage cooked JUST right with a perfect amount of sweetness, and the au gratin potatoes were nice & cheesy! Our dessert options were between Pistachio Creme Brulee with Cherries, Chocolate Ginache, or Apple Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream. My Pistachio Creme Brulee was AMAZING, as was my wife's Apple Cobbler! The entire meal is such a personal experience, hosted by this wonderful couple that you KNOW want you to have the best experience possible. Carrots would've been nice if they didn't over power with rosemary or thyme. They failed to mention the huge service charge that they added to our ticket which was $32 onto our $212.00 tab. Our server even asked if we were interested in leaving an additional tip for the server that poured our water. Nope! We won't be back anytime soon. Hope it's a better experience for others.
