The dog wasn't grizzly or giddy. He or she was pretty chill and didn't do any excessive sniffing like most dogs do. Then a guy assisted me, first, he tried his hardest to make a spare copy of my Toyota Rav4 vehicle key, but the car itself didn't give him any chances to program a spare. The car was on high alert and kept itself safe from any possible changes. The technician apologized to me and informed me that I might need to go to the dealership to get a copy. So, I asked if I could bring another vehicle key to get a spare. He agreed. I went home to drop off the Toyota to get the other vehicle. This key was easier to make since it is an older vehicle that isn't computerized like the newer ones. It took about 15 minutes to get the secondary vehicle key made. I paid ($68.00). However, once I got home to test the key, it only fit in the ignition, though it wouldn't unlock or lock the doors of the vehicle. I was disappointed and didn't understand why it didn't work. They are closed on Saturdays. I waited until Monday to go back to figure out what went wrong. Another technician was working, Mr. Joe. He was quick and assessed the situation. He didn't understand why the previous technician on Thursday didn't test the key on the doors. He assisted me and recut the key several times to get it to fit to lock and unlock the doors. He was the saving grace! He turned my frown upside down to a smile. I was a happy customer! He didn't charge me a dime for the second time. Note to self: check to make sure the key fits in all ports before you leave the premises. I would recommend it for any older vehicle key and other keys that aren't computerized/modernized.

He made a new key, handed it to me AFTER I paid him $350 cash. He was there maybe 10 minutes, left quickly & when I looked down at the key fob more closely, it wasn't the same one I had. This one controlled the lock on the car doors, but not the trunk. I called him & he said they didn't have that key fob so that's what I get. I go to drive my car and the key light is on on my dash. I called him. No answer. 4 hours later, the key fob stopped working and left me stranded. It was the battery that needed to be replaced. On a brand new key fob? I replace the battery after walking to Walgreens, in the dark, all alone & noticed the inside of the key fob looked used! Looks like it came from the black market possibly. I took pictures, called the company for 6 days straight! Light still on on the dash & all I would hear is someone would call me back. Regardless of how many times I asked for a manager, they refused to allow if. Just "someone will call you back". So, I'm out $350. I have the wrong key fob that's been used before & a light on my dash with zero returned calls from this business. Never ever again will I use them. All I wanted was what I paid for.
