I love Biggby, but this one is just bad. I've tried many times, thinking they've been off days....but it seems to be an off day everyday. Highlights: 1) So. Incredibly. Slow. If there are more than 2 cars ahead it you, its a 15 minute minimum. 2) They make the drinks so bad. They are always watered down and like warm. After this many times, it's hard to believe it's not a management directive to cut corners. It's just awful. 3) They f up almost every order. Yesterday I ordered two drinks....standard drinks...no deviations. Had to order each drink 4 times!! They still screwed it up. If you go here, your money is wasted. read more

This is the nearest coffee shop to my home, but I will not be returning. This location is extremely slow. Like, sitting in line for 15 minutes, only to place and order and be told "I'm sorry, but we don't have that right now." The last the I was there, I ordered a Teddy Bear. I always transfer my drink to my Yeti, as I don't drink it fast and want it to stay hot. I attached a photo of what was left in my cup after pouring, and then poured it down the sink. $6.03 for a drink full of grounds. Plus the $1 tip I left. Very disappointing and disgusting. read more

Waited over 20 mins before even reaching the window. No apologies for the wait when I finally got to place my order. Now running late to my appointment. I have given this location multiple opportunities to see if it's just a bad day here or there but it's always so so slow! I will not come to this location any more which is unfortunate because there isn't another BIGGBY within the Rockford area. read more

I stopped at this Biggby to get a little work done and meet up with my parents one afternoon. This location's footprint is a little weird so it's not that spacious -- there are just 8 two top tables and 6 armchairs. That said, it was completely empty when I was there at 3:30 on a weekday afternoon, so I was able to get a table in a back corner near two outlets. Before I sat down, I ordered a tall iced latte. The girl taking my order wasn't rude, but she did not smile at all and did not seem super excited to take my order. It was a really nice day out and I probably wouldn't be thrilled to be stuck inside either. However, a smile just really can go a long way for a customer interaction. I've always thought Biggby's pricing is a little high compared to other local coffee shops, but maybe I'm not that observant. I paid $4.25 for a tall iced latte without any upcharges or additions. My drink was finished super quickly, which was nice. The wifi here is free, not password protected, and fast. That was a plus to getting some work done. One downside of being inside is their smoothie / blender machine is SUPER loud which was a little distracting. Overall this location was fine for what I needed that particular day, but I definitely wouldn't make a special trip to come here. read more

Stopped in for a desperately needed cup O' Joe and a bio break on the drive from Grand Rapids up to Cadillac, MI. Good coffee, convenient location right off of U.S. 131. Staff was friendly. There is a drive thru here as well. Plenty of seating inside and free WiFi! #BiggbyCoffee read more

The staff needs leadership. No teamwork in filling orders causing a serious wait which caused me to be late for an appointment. It has become chronic terrible service at this location. I have given them multiple chances. Sadly, will be taking advantage of other options in the area. The only reason I gave 1 star is because after waiting 20 minutes for one 16 oz coffee that I had paid for... I am out of there. read more

I went to Biggby to get a coffee and there lobby it's closed for safety reasons however I can drive up and get coffee and interact with them through the window granted less FaceTime however I walked up to the window told them that my driver door window doesn't open they wouldn't serve me they made me drive through and open my car door and take the coffee then there was a car in front of me and give them two coffees took 10 minutes I will not be back to this location!!! read more

I would not recommend this biggby location to anyone. Staff is not friendly and on top of that something is always broken making it so I cannot get the order I would like. It's either their blender or toaster broken every single time I go. Which at this point, just seems like an excuse to not do as much work. A couple times I have went and chose not to tip based on the veryyy rude and incredibly slow service, then checked my bank statements and it appears they still add a tip even tho I declined. I will no longer be a customer at this location. Wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating, but couldn't post the review without it. read more

We stopped at this location on our way up to Traverse City, not frequenting the Biggby Coffee chain before. The interior was brightly colored, albeit a bit messy from a large crowd of AM customers. The menu displayed an overabundance of sickingly-sweet sounding flavored lattes and not much of an emphasis on the coffee beans or espresso...which is fine, to each their own. I decided to join the crowd and ordered their version of a dirty chai, the Chai Charger. The drink was hot, but much sweeter than what I was used to, even much sweeter than what I was expecting based on my surroundings. I should have played it safe and ordered a plain latte w. a shot of chai flavoring. My road mates enjoyed their plain coffee and caramel apple cider. It was nice to try out a new coffee shop, with limited options off the highway. Service was friendly, and I more blame myself for ignoring the signs and ordering something too sweet, and would definitely give Biggby another chance. read more

Literally just went here and asked for an Asiago sausage egg and cheese bragel. It looked pretty busy, but everyone looked irritated waiting in line. Then I hear one lady saying she was waiting for 40 minutes for her order. The girl that I ordered from said it would be a few minutes, well a few minutes went bye and I was probably in there for a good 15-20 minutes waiting for just a sandwich. On top of that I saw one of them with their phone out texting even though people were stacked up in the drive through and inside. I then go to my car and open the wrapper to my sandwich and she got the bagel wrong. I wouldn't be that upset but for the fact that she had her phone out and got my bagel wrong I'm not happy with this place. I'm giving 3 stars only for the fact that USUALLY the food and drinks are pretty dang good. Wont be going to this location for a bit. read more

Being the holiday weekend, I will give them a break, but I wish I would have known before I pullee behind the building for the drive thru that the wait was going to be almost 30 minutes. And yes, I considered multiple times trying to exit the line, but there was no room to pull around as the space also serves as a parking lot for employees. However, I will say that the quality was still consistent, and the service was polite (although I did not receive an apology for my wait). I have never had an experience like this before at any Biggby. Bummer. read more

My experience at this location with Rhyan was anything but pleasant. As soon as my friend and I walked through the door she gave us a nasty look and was running around playing with her coworker. As soon as we put our order in she started making our bragels and threw them on the counter when served. The other girl who took our order was very nice and had no problem providing good service. When I opened my bragel it looked like it was thrown together and I was very displeased. read more

This is a good coffee house. Great friendly staff, cozy environment, decent coffee. But if you're like me and want to go sit down and work on your laptop while sipping the dark drink...if that includes using free wifi, you might be out of luck. The internet there is so slow you cant even load YouTube. im not even talking about video play, which is impossible...just loading the website. I am pretty sure someone, maybe at the Verizon next door, is using their free internet for torrenting many files daily. Ive heard other customers complain it used to be better. Ive requested the routter be reset and it allowed for speedy fast internet for about 20 seconds before returning to unusably slow. Thing is i could even be the only customer and still get the same results. Its a shame, this is a great location, but i wont be going back there till i hear this has been taken care of. i have work to do that requires internet. Ive since made my home at any starbucks location since theirs is consistantly reliable. Hopefully the manager sees this and looks for a real solution. Everytime I stop at this Biggby the staff is always cheerful and nice. My coffee has been consistently delicious and hot. Good place to stop if you are traveling as it is right off the highway - easy on easy off. Although I've never used the drive through they do have one and whenever I'm there they do a great job keeping traffic flowing along with keeping up with the orders for the customers who are inside the establishment. read more
