Great Biggby location, but parking is a little scarce. I usually love strong coffee drinks. Biggby serves milder offerings, however, they make up for that in drink varieties and food items. I am a big fan of the turkey havarti bragel. So good! If you order it, make sure to have it with the veggie cream cheese. The sandwich is served warm on a toasted bagel. I also order the Golden Latte. It has turmeric and cinnamon, both spices are super healthful. I love it. I'm practicing making it at home, it's so good. Preparing food and wearing gloves, yes. Making drinks, no. Paying with cash is not contactless. I didn't see any hand sanitizer at all. The store itself isn't clean. Crumbs on the floor and a smashed drink lid by the trash. It was not busy. They should have had someone maintaining the lobby section. The staff was friendly and professional, so that's a plus. Not a great experience the last time I stopped in. It was super hot and uncomfortable inside because they had their air conditioning turned off and door open. Other customers were complaining saying, "Your air conditioning is broke again?!" I ordered a turkey havarti bragel and it was dead cold and the cheese was not melted and when I asked if they could heat it, the girl explained to me in length that they don't toast it unless you ask even though she said most other locations do it. She was abrasive and rude about it. Finally the other boy working at the counter interceded and offered to heat it but it was still cold and not melted. He said he could heat it again but I was over it at that point and decided just to heat it at home. I couldn't stand sitting in the uncomfortably hot store anyways. He was really nice but the girl making coffee was rude about it. I then watched her mess up three people's coffee orders in a row. First person she put lavender in their coffee even though that's not what the person ordered, second customer ordered a six shot latte hot and she made it iced. When he asked her to remake it she looked put out and never apologized. In fact she heavily sighed and almost rolled her eyes about it. The third person ordered a vanilla latte and she gave them a mocha and when the customer told her the order was wrong, she kept arguing, saying no you ordered a mocha and kept saying no you ordered this and the customer kept saying no I didn't. She finally remade it but again never apologized. What's worse than making every coffee order incorrectly was her attitude about it, never once apologizing to the customers. My coffee was amazingly made correct but I waited a significant amount of time for my frozen latte because she was too busy arguing with customers and remaking literally every order. First the hours that are posted are not what they work. Their drinks are very inconsistent and in almost every case when ordering there lately they come out just plan bad. Their employees are rude to the point I would rather go to any other location but this is the closes to my house..They should of never closed the Livonia one after opening this one. Do want this place to do well so I hope they'll get the baristas trained. The lattes are so-so, and the staff taking orders is inexperienced on the hot coffee drinks. Not going to pay $5 for a poorly made drink and they don't offer to fix or remake them if you say it's not right. Biggby in general: Good specialty drinks, tasty coffee of flavored and unflavored types, both. Honestly a terrible coffee shop, I have worked in the same strip mall as this biggby coffee for three years, and it is getting nothing but worse. There service is horrible, and very rude baristas. I walked in at 7:49, when they close at 8, and was denied service by a blonde girl with piercings because "they are cleaning the espresso machine." If a business is still open, no matter when they close, they should service you. I hope the owner of this biggby takes into consideration of this review, and gets her employees in line. read more

This is one of the best run Biggbys I've been to. They've just opened but I had a chance to get in on one of their training relays and I couldn't have been happier. Heck who minds waiting for free coffee. The staff was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back very soon! read more

Popped in a couple times over the weekend to study and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. They are incredibly enthusiastic which is so rare lately. Maybe it's because they are a relatively new business but it's charming and I would recommend anyone visit for the service alone. I also enjoyed the drinks (yes, pricey but that's expected for a Biggby). I like the sweeter, not-really-coffee drinks but the caramel mocha wasn't too sugary and chai tea was good too. My husband's a straight up coffee drinker and he was pretty pleased as well. Hope this location lasts, I and some friends discussed how it's easy to forget about it since there's no other businesses in the plaza that we would normally stop at and there's no drive thru but please keep it in mind! I rarely review but I hate being treated terribly. A friend and I literally walked in from the rain holding our bags and a cup...waiting 3mins for our lyft. There were NO other customers yet the thin brunette guy in a purple tee told us to leave ASAP. And stood there making us uncomfortable until we did go back in the rain.
