The coffee was really good and seemed high quality. I loved the breakfast sandwich--it was hot and tasty, and I appreciated being able to add sriracha aioli for a bit of a kick. The sandwich was only about $6, so a great deal. The wifi was fast and I was able to get quite a bit of work done. I noticed that they had some fun things for sale, including 50% off tea, so I stocked up. I loved their mugs and other fun merch. The employees working were super friendly and helpful. I'm definitely adding this spot to my rotation of coffee shops in Mt. Pleasant!

When I walked in for my first day, I thought to myself, "there's a coffee shop in this building." It was kind of like that Kristen Bell video where she's talking about how she can always sense if a sloth is around. It didn't even really smell a lot like coffee in the building, but I could just feel it. After checking in for work I had a bit of a break, so I went to the first floor and wandered until I found Ponder Coffee! It's not just a coffee counter, it's a whole coffee shop/cafe with FOOD. I like coffee, but I LOVE food. I was so excited that they had breakfast sandwiches (one of my favorite foods) as well as toast, waffles, lunch sandwiches, even a small deli case. I ordered an oat latte and a breakfast sandwich with avocado, egg, tomato, and cheese. There's a bit of seating and a really cool mural so I hung out until my order was ready. Pricing is super awesome (sandwich was $5.50 and my latte was $5.25) and my order was quick. The employees were hustling even though they had been super busy. The latte was smooth and delicious, and the sandwich was piping hot and very tasty. I'm so excited to go back next time I'm on campus!

We approached the first Mount Pleasant exit that we came to and I figured with it being the home of Central Michigan University, they would have at least one Starbucks location. We exited the highway and drove for about 5 minutes before finding this Starbucks across from campus. It seemed to be a newer location and was very clean and modern. We were greeted right away by the friendly barista. I think her name was Emma. We had our drinks and were back on the road within minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed the new Refreshers flavor, blackberry sage, that I tried. I will definitely stop at this Starbucks again next time I'm in Mount Pleasant.

Never has it been curdled or looked this way. I took it back and the employees had a negative attitude. One said "I make this drink everyday and it always looks like that". another said, "that's just how the oat milk is" . Either it's the oat milk itself or the baristas not mixing the ingredients correctly but I didn't expect to get such an attitude from the staff here. One of the baristas remade it and shocker--it didn't look curdled. If you're coming to this location, I would maybe stay away from the shaken oat milk drinks. The gaslighting was crazy.
