The bubble tea was subtly flavored and not overly sweet so I was very happy with my selection. My hubs got a cappuccino which was also very good. The decor definitely gave you cabin chic vibes and the comfy seating made you feel right at home, especially right next to the fireplace. Well, not inexplicable, the issue is that the drive-thru was designed like they forgot to have one at all. There is no way to order ahead of time or anything, you have to wait until you are at the single window, order, pay, and wait for 5-10 minutes while they prepare the order. This means even on a slow day there's 10-20 cars stuck sitting there for upwards of an hour or at least what felt that way. The drinks were delicious though and the hot chocolate specifically was some of the best I've had. We did end up going inside and the interior was super clean and the atmosphere was fantastic - like it says, it felt exactly like a genuine cabin. The bathrooms were also maybe the nicest ones I've seen outside of well kept homes. The staff were all super nice as well. The wait however was just unbelievable and I wouldn't feel right rating higher than a 4 with that being the case on a SLOW day with nobody even ordering inside meaning the whole crew was focused only on the cars and still took that long.

Every time I come here; whether there is a massive drive-thru line (most of the time) or literally nobody but me is in the drive-thru and the parking lot is empty, it takes ages. I've had to wait for a simple order of 2 cheeseburgers and a fry for over 45 minutes more than one time - and I wouldn't if they didn't charge you before suddenly telling you to go park and wait the rest of the day in hopes of getting food. And, also consistently, the food finally comes...and it's clearly all old, cold, and soggy, so it's not like they were preparing it, they just forget you are there or something. That being said, the staff is always nice and the times you DON'T get forced to wait almost an hour for a small meal of basic items at a fast food place the food is actually pretty good for McDonalds, hence the 3 stars rather than something lower. INSIDE is mostly the same, except be careful of walking around. The floor is so unbelievably greasy and filthy that wearing my hiking boots in there results in literally slipping worse than I do on the ice. It sounds like an exaggeration but it is truly impossible to stand in there without your feet sliding away and going all over, it actually is so bad that I do not eat inside at all anymore as I've come close to serious injuries from it. It sounds stupid but it really is true. Also, if you see a septic tank truck doing anything, just leave immediately. People were running at full sprint with faces covered, some gagging and heaving, because that smell is just beyond description and located right at the entrance door on the parking lot side and right where - if the line is long enough - you will be stuck in the drive thru as well.
