Such a cheery and friendly staff! Even on their busiest days the team will make sure every customer is greeted and helped in a friendly manner. The environment is clean and cozy. I've frequented the drive thru a lot more lately but have worked from their outdoor seating in the past. I like my coffee simple and I still enjoy the choices I have in brewed coffee. I've been going to this location for years as I live only 3 miles away. There have been times when theyve had great people and thus great service. That is clearly a thing of the past and speaks volumes for management and ownership. Today, Memorial Day, I was thrilled to be the only car in the drive thru line. There were 4 cars in the parking lot, and 3 employees. Odds in my favor for quick service. One might thinking getting a cold brew with no line would be simple, quick and easy! I have never left a bad review for a business but I have been extremely disappointed in my experiences at this location. This is by far the worst BIGGBY I've been to. I've been there six times and not once has my order been fully correct. My drink has been wrong every time. Caramel and or peppermint is being added when it shouldn't be. Regular milk is used instead of oat milk and "extras" are not being added even though I am being charged. My food has been cold all but one time. The service is quick but quick service for the wrong drink and cold food is just unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I do enjoy Biggby, but my last 5 drinks that I have bought at this location have not even been close to full. If I'm paying $5 for a drink I should get the full amount that I have paid for. If I go back I will make sure to ask them to fill it to the top. If I've gone 5 times within a span of a year then that means that this happens to others as well. This was my most recent beverage and as you can tell it is over an inch shy from the top. Not okay. Side note, I never get whip cream and forgot to say no whip, and even without whip cream it's always way less then the size I order. read more

This used to be a good Biggby with quick service. But lately if there is more than 3 cars in line, forget it. You're waiting for 15-20 minutes and they are probably out of something. My sister and I take a trip to this biggby everyday! As a whole probably a four! A few of the workers are just okay but my five stars go to Trisha!!! She's amazing! Every time I come she's so welcoming and friendly! I'm active duty military and she informed me I could get a free coffee when I come this biggby which is different than any other biggby I've been too! No other biggby gives me a discount (not that I need/want/or would ever ask) but Trisha went out of her way to tell me about it one day during a friendly conversation! She's so nice and def the nicest barista I've had conversations with and my sister and I get coffee every morning! Highly recommend this biggby! I especially if Trisha is working!! read more

I have been to this Biggby about 10 times. Each time it has been a surprisingly long wait. However this last visit is what causes me to rate. This last time I pulled into the drive through at 12:30. There was one person ordering in front of me and nobody else in line. I needed a gift card. After waiting behind the car in front of me to get my order for a few minutes a car in pulled in behind me and ordered. I got up to the window 14 minutes after I ordered! The person in front of me got 1 item in a bag. Sandwich or something. I thought to myself maybe there's only one person in there give her a break. Once I pulled up to the window I thought this will go quick I am only getting a gift card. I then noticed there were four employees working. FOUR. Not one of them came to the window to greet me/get me the gift card/ apologize for the wait. I then waited for 7 more minutes! As four of them just continued to make drinks. After that 6 minutes she came to the window and started handing me drinks. I said no sorry just the gift card. So clearly she started making all the drinks for the car behind me before getting the gift card. Which I'm not really sure why because there were three other people available to make drinks. Available. Not busy. I know this because after I got my drink I pulled around to see how busy it was inside because I was just shocked at how long it took. There was ONE COUPLE inside getting 1 drink each. So there was 4 employees working behind the counter and it took me 21 minutes to get a gift card for me and for them to make 1 sandwich and 4 drinks. That's literally 3.5 minutes per an item if only one person was working. They had FOUR. They need to be trained better in customer service and overall efficiency.
