Cafe Rica, today my first visit
Limited on time, a brief…read moreexperience, didn't stay to sit
Immediately, I appreciated the characteristic brick wall
Photos well placed, curiosity prompt all
Menu complete with food and drink
Cookies seemingly made fresh, I think
For the lattes, I was confused about the sizing
Mine appeared fairly large, expected smaller I'm realizing
Ordered the Cafe Miel with oat milk, no adjustment with respect to sweet
Once cooled, the perfect cinnamon honey sip treat
I considered the Matcha, Fraser brand
Same brand used at Bigbby, if I understand
Aka., I skipped because I wasn't a fan of Bigbby's prep
However, based on my latte, bet Rica would do it better... attentive step by step
The menu on their website doesn't currently seem active
But, the rest of their website - story and posts, attractive
"A little bit of 'Pura Vida' in the middle of Michigan" perhaps my favorite line
Also, free street or lot parking seemingly works fine
Overall, I would recommend this spot
Kind service, community care, creativity, and flavors a lot!
