Today the barista Maddie, did the great job, we got our coffee really quick and she had the nicest service. She was so sweet and helped us to figure the drinks out read more

Bigfoot Java - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

Kesiah wasn't kind and was unprofessional the second I got to the window. It felt very unwelcoming and awkward. She wasn't dressed appropriately and I could see her thong the entire time she was serving me. read more

This place is a joke came by this morning to get a couple coffees sat in line for AT LEAST 20 minutes without any cars moving. Finally backed up and left. How about less talking and more coffee-making. Not everybody has all day to sit there while you guys bullshit with people and make coffee slower than anywhere I've ever been. Went somewhere else for coffee. read more

Whoever your male barista is tonight (young, curly hair, glasses, tattoos) is PHENOMENAL and is a naturally hospitable addition to your stand! I'm sad I didn't ask his name but he made a great cup of coffee and has amazing customer service! 5/5/25 @7:43pm read more

Was looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately I sat in the drive through for over 20 min with one car ahead of me. Clearly the customer service here is just non existent so I left. There's plenty of other coffee shops in the Bonney Lake area. Save yourself the trouble and try one of those instead. read more

Bigfoot Java - the outside of a restaurant - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

This was a terrible experience. We waited in line for more than 20 min. The barista went to the car behind us, made their drinks, they paid and left before we even ordered. When I said that was absolutely unfair we had waited our turn and so should they have had to. When I said that's not ok , the girl was super rude and said that's their policy. One of the other barista's said you can either get coffee here or you can go to a different stand. I have worked with this priest before and she has always been so nice and sweet. I was totally shocked. The baristas were literally yelling at us. My daughter was with me. I asked her if I was overreacting and she said absolutely not. She could not believe the service that we received. I have frequency that stand for over three years. I honestly do not think I will ever go back because of the service. read more

takes so long to order waited for over 30 minutes just to get my drink come to find out it was wrong

The baristas at this place are soooooo sooo slooow! It's ridiculous! You wait for over 20 mins at the drive through and once you get to the window its another 10 sometimes. It's torture sitting at the drive through. I might be one drop in the bucket but I am never coming to this location again. It's such a waste of time. read more

The gal in the morning, 7am, looked annoyed and looked like she didn't even want to be there. Coffee tasted bland and not satisfied!! Does she even know how to make drinks? I suggest she gets retrained. I think her name was Bell?? Do better !! The graveyard gal, always made my mythical mochas taste so good!! Extra extra carmel, I love my hispanic girly Yuni , the best in MY opinion, super sweet, genuine always made feel welcomed !! Idk where she gets hate from but she's always been nice and sweet. These other customers hate on her, must really not like the fact that she's the only hispanic there and wish it was an all white employee stand I would literally boycott bigfoot and make them ever regret getting rid of this sweet girl. Yuni is the best!! Also the manager needs to be replaced!! Acts immature, talks bad about her employees, and scolds them in front of customers! The district manager needs to get rid of her and find someone who is mature and actually likes being at work... read more

I go to this location a lot but today was annoyed there were long lines and I was waiting awhile to get my drink I was the next car up and a worker brought the car behind me their drink and she paid and left before I even got to the window. The worker could've then asked what I wanted if she was going to that extent to bring out others drinks. read more

Stopped by this Bigfoot Java after my son's doctor appointment in the area. I'd say the experience is just about the same as you'd get at any other Big Foot Java. I ended up trying to Abominable White Mocha (I believe that's what it's called) and it was a chilly morning, so I got it hot... Which is like the first hot coffee beverage I've had in a while. It was pretty good. Not overly sweet, coffee tasted flavorful and smooth, and it came nice and hot. Service was good as well. A little out of the way for us for regular days but I could see us visiting here when Oliver has doc appointments in the future. read more

Manager was completely rude to her employees. She yelled "who ever is paying this music needs to change it RIGHT NOW. I am not joking. Playing slow music is how you're going to lose your job." She was horrific to the obviously new employee learning the drinks. The manager then went outside and smoked and played on her phone while the lines grew. read more

This is for the business itself, not the barista who was working. Over priced, not the best tasting coffee, and the barista wasn't allowed to fill up my water cup. I felt bad for the barista because she was simply following policy, but I won't return at any location for an almost $5 Americano. read more

They have every option, drip coffees, lattes, americanos, Red Bull, smoothies! Lots of yummy pastries, and if you want to take their coffee blend home they have bags of espresso beans and drip coffee too! Pick your favorite flavor to go with it and you're all set to have quality coffee in your own kitchen, especially during this time! You have to try the white chocolate creme de menthe blended with white coffee it's just like ice cream! I won't go to another stand. We love Bigfoot. read more

This location is absolutely horrible, the baristas are slow, often rude, and straight up just make bad coffee and drinks in general. I wish there was a closer stand to the general Bonney lake area. I like coffee, but these girls can't even make Red Bulls well or in a reasonable amount of time. So disappointing. I could go on forever. read more

Purchased 2 coffees, 3 dollar tip. In one of the drinks there was little to no ice, I came back and she told me "once you leave you can't get more ice" after offering to buy another drink. She then told me I can't buy a cup of ice water, and then surprisingly decided to give me a cup of ice "just this one time". Not a good experience. read more

I've always enjoyed coming to this stand. Mersadies is the sweetest and always helps me decide what I want to drink. She's always in a good mood and makes conversation with me and asks me about my day. She makes coming here worth it! read more

Went to this location last night and the girls were great! Sam was so nice and funny and they made mine and my bf's drink so good.

10/10. Great service Everytime i visit. Ladies always have a smile on face and manager is super sweet

About once a year I stop by this location, and every time I am disappointed in how long it takes for anything to happen. Today, I decided it's time to write about it. I sat in line behind three other cars for fifteen minutes before the car in front was handed one drink and drove off. If this was the best or only coffee around it still wouldn't be worth the wait, but it certainly is neither of those things. read more

So this morning at approximately 8:20am, my husband and I stopped to get coffee. NORMALLY I love Big Foot Java, and their baristas but today ONE barista has ensured we will not be returning to this location as long as she is employed there. We ordered 2 very large coffees. A 44oz and a 24oz, we watched them get made. And THEN we got asked if we had cash. We said no. And then the rudeness started. We were told the internet was down 'just now, it was working' and had been up and down all morning. She made it very clear her derision at us not having cash and instead of running it on the other side where we WATCHED another barista run a card for the customer there, she said "Since you don't have cash, I can't have you waiting here" and that it 'isn't her problem'. Yes. Yes it really IS her problem. Her rudeness is her problem, her unwillingness to run the card on the other side is her problem, the fact that she actually MADE the coffees before telling us that the internet was malfunctioning and then being pissed off that we didn't have cash is her problem. The fact that when my husband went to ask for a manager she reiterated that 'This is not her problem' and WALKED TO THE CAR BEHIND US IS her problem. So, as we drove off we watched her take the card from the car behind us and we can assume the internet was magically fixed and she threw away our coffees. Look - I understand that issues happen. What I won't tolerate is being treated like that from anyone. We will be taking our business to Gravity, Starbucks or any other Bigfoot Java that I can prove to my husband isn't owned by the same franchise as this one. read more

Best options around usually a quick grab for my coffee, and Amanda is my favorite barista!

Coffee is amazing, I work graveyard shifts so it's super convenient that they are open 24 hours, night shift girl always has my coffee ready when she sees me pulling up, great customer service, and a nightly ritual that really breaks up the monotony of graveyard shifts. read more

Not the best big foot around by far. Always long lines on both sides, usually takes 30 minutes or so to get a drink as they are slow. Other big foot stands are much faster with the same amount of cars lined up, so it must be who they have managing this one or the baristas who dont care as they are paid by the hour. Coffee is okay, again no the best. Only go here when I absolutely have to as it is the closest one to me. Best big foot java is the new one near the Muckleshoot casino, fast, friendly and tastes good. read more

I absolutely lOVE the girls at this stand. They make my day every time I'm there! I can even go weeks without stopping by and this morning they saw me in line and had my order ready. They are all so professional and friendly and very fast! Best location I've ever been to! read more

Went to the big foot Java in Bonney Lake ordered my drink and before I could say anything about checking in the girl takes my card and shoves a tablet at me to sign I said I checked in and I was ignored. Very very rude ... coffee drink was ok read more

This big foot is definitely not like some of the rest, girl working the window was lazy and not ashamed of it. I asked her to make something off the digital menu and she turned to ask her co worker if they had what they needed to make it and said "please say no, please say no" like who says that out loud for a customer to hear? Sounded like she just didn't want to do her job, why is she there then? Very unprofessional. read more

Love going and seeing Mercedes she always does an amazing job and absolutely love the drinks she makes for me :)

Love this place been working nights over by Bonney lake on the weekend and great service and always have a smile on there face Especially the night lady's just great all round read more

So I've been coming here for years and buying a 32 ounce iced mocha. I recently had asked for little to no ice, and was told the recipe was about 1/3 ice and if I'd like less ice then I could substitute it with milk but not actual coffee. So the fact that I'm paying for a 32 oz coffee and getting about 24 oz and the rest either ice or melt is an absolute rip-off! The only way to get a 32 oz worth it drink is to order a 44 Oz coffee no ice and put it in a 32 oz cup! Bigfoot has really turned into a shitshow rip off it's insane you don't get what you pay for you get a bunch of ice or a bunch of milk that's how they are doing so well and that is why I would not suggest coming here read more

I love coffee. I'm one of those snobs who would describe a cup of Starbucks as dirty, stale "coffee" filter drippings. I think adding sugar to an already perfect beverage (coffee) is like... (C'mon, I need a smart ass analogy here...) it's like ruining a perfectly good bowl of chili with too much capsaicin oil ;) I ordered an Americcano with 3 shots of espresso. It was very good. Surprising for a chain shop. The coffee was roasted consistently for a deep flavor and a long finish. Mmm~ the milk was steamed and blended in creating a marriage of bold flavor. It did contain much more caffeine than a nearly 100 lb person needs... Watch out if you can't hold your caffeine. The service was meh. Not bad, not good. Not fast, not too slow. Kinda phony barista with too much makeup and hair spray. (health code violation?) Price was average/high. I think hubby paid too much for his chai tea. (Like $3.75 or something.) read more

i am a regular at this bonney lake stand. I noticed that this new young lady with the name chylye was recently hired. Her customer service was unbearable. She didn't greet me and my friends politely at all. She had a snobby voice and attitude. And she almost messed up our coffees i paid 20 dollars for. Bad experience for a regular place i go to. read more

The graveyard girls are amazing! Always have wonderful conversations! they Rock!

I love Bigfoot Java they are so GOOD I wish there was one in Vancouver, WA they always do an awesome job making my coffees and my Jack Russell is nuts she will cry and bark every time my husband and I stop until she gets the cookie she knows they will give her, we can buy the same cookie and she doesn't want it's not from the coffee house lmao:-) read more

Bigfoot Java - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bonney Lake, Washington

Two stars for the coffee being good- Otherwise this place is a mess. problem- same as all the others- even though it says with whip and caramel on top (for what I ordered) on the menu- you still have to ask and remind them it's on the menu so to not charge extra customer service- Eh, location- horrible- right in the way of people coming and going. I think the workers need to learn the menu with what comes on the drinks or maybe it's the company's way of making extra money by charging for it and never actually having it on the drink. Prices- more expensive than Starbucks. read more

Terrible location! No room for multiple cars, long ass wait, girls are not anywhere near a cash register and must run back and forth. Slow service and coffee was not up to Auburn Java standards. Get on it gals. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! The barista has no idea what the menu outside says so when you try to order something by size according to the menu in the drive-through they make you feel like you're an idiot.
