This was a terrible experience. We waited in line for more than 20 min. The barista went to the car behind us, made their drinks, they paid and left before we even ordered. When I said that was absolutely unfair we had waited our turn and so should they have had to. When I said that's not ok , the girl was super rude and said that's their policy. One of the other barista's said you can either get coffee here or you can go to a different stand. I have worked with this priest before and she has always been so nice and sweet. I was totally shocked. The baristas were literally yelling at us. My daughter was with me. I asked her if I was overreacting and she said absolutely not. She could not believe the service that we received. I have frequency that stand for over three years. I honestly do not think I will ever go back because of the service. read more

Manager was completely rude to her employees. She yelled "who ever is paying this music needs to change it RIGHT NOW. I am not joking. Playing slow music is how you're going to lose your job." Stopped by this Bigfoot Java after my son's doctor appointment in the area. I'd say the experience is just about the same as you'd get at any other Big Foot Java. I ended up trying to Abominable White Mocha (I believe that's what it's called) and it was a chilly morning, so I got it hot... Which is like the first hot coffee beverage I've had in a while. It was pretty good. Not overly sweet, coffee tasted flavorful and smooth, and it came nice and hot. Service was good as well. A little out of the way for us for regular days but I could see us visiting here when Oliver has doc appointments in the future. read more

Lots of yummy pastries, and if you want to take their coffee blend home they have bags of espresso beans and drip coffee too! Pick your favorite flavor to go with it and you're all set to have quality coffee in your own kitchen, especially during this time! This location is absolutely horrible, the baristas are slow, often rude, and straight up just make bad coffee and drinks in general. I wish there was a closer stand to the general Bonney lake area. Purchased 2 coffees, 3 dollar tip. In one of the drinks there was little to no ice, I came back and she told me "once you leave you can't get more ice" after offering to buy another drink. I sat in line behind three other cars for fifteen minutes before the car in front was handed one drink and drove off. So this morning at approximately 8:20am, my husband and I stopped to get coffee. NORMALLY I love Big Foot Java, and their baristas but today ONE barista has ensured we will not be returning to this location as long as she is employed there. We ordered 2 very large coffees. A 44oz and a 24oz, we watched them get made. And THEN we got asked if we had cash. We said no. And then the rudeness started. We were told the internet was down 'just now, it was working' and had been up and down all morning. She made it very clear her derision at us not having cash and instead of running it on the other side where we WATCHED another barista run a card for the customer there, she said "Since you don't have cash, I can't have you waiting here" and that it 'isn't her problem'. Yes. Yes it really IS her problem. Her rudeness is her problem, her unwillingness to run the card on the other side is her problem, the fact that she actually MADE the coffees before telling us that the internet was malfunctioning and then being pissed off that we didn't have cash is her problem. The fact that when my husband went to ask for a manager she reiterated that 'This is not her problem' and WALKED TO THE CAR BEHIND US IS her problem. So, as we drove off we watched her take the card from the car behind us and we can assume the internet was magically fixed and she threw away our coffees. Look - I understand that issues happen. What I won't tolerate is being treated like that from anyone. We will be taking our business to Gravity, Starbucks or any other Bigfoot Java that I can prove to my husband isn't owned by the same franchise as this one. read more

Not the best big foot around by far. Always long lines on both sides, usually takes 30 minutes or so to get a drink as they are slow. Other big foot stands are much faster with the same amount of cars lined up, so it must be who they have managing this one or the baristas who dont care as they are paid by the hour. Coffee is okay, again no the best. Only go here when I absolutely have to as it is the closest one to me. So I've been coming here for years and buying a 32 ounce iced mocha. I recently had asked for little to no ice, and was told the recipe was about 1/3 ice and if I'd like less ice then I could substitute it with milk but not actual coffee. So the fact that I'm paying for a 32 oz coffee and getting about 24 oz and the rest either ice or melt is an absolute rip-off! The only way to get a 32 oz worth it drink is to order a 44 Oz coffee no ice and put it in a 32 oz cup! Bigfoot has really turned into a shitshow rip off it's insane you don't get what you pay for you get a bunch of ice or a bunch of milk that's how they are doing so well and that is why I would not suggest coming here read more

i am a regular at this bonney lake stand. I noticed that this new young lady with the name chylye was recently hired. Her customer service was unbearable. She didn't greet me and my friends politely at all. She had a snobby voice and attitude. And she almost messed up our coffees i paid 20 dollars for. I love coffee. I'm one of those snobs who would describe a cup of Starbucks as dirty, stale "coffee" filter drippings. I think adding sugar to an already perfect beverage (coffee) is like... (C'mon, I need a smart ass analogy here...) it's like ruining a perfectly good bowl of chili with too much capsaicin oil ;) I ordered an Americcano with 3 shots of espresso. It was very good. Surprising for a chain shop. The coffee was roasted consistently for a deep flavor and a long finish. Mmm~ the milk was steamed and blended in creating a marriage of bold flavor. It did contain much more caffeine than a nearly 100 lb person needs... Watch out if you can't hold your caffeine. The service was meh. Not bad, not good. Not fast, not too slow. Kinda phony barista with too much makeup and hair spray. (health code violation?) Price was average/high. I think hubby paid too much for his chai tea. (Like $3.75 or something.) read more

Two stars for the coffee being good- Otherwise this place is a mess. problem- same as all the others- even though it says with whip and caramel on top (for what I ordered) on the menu- you still have to ask and remind them it's on the menu so to not charge extra customer service- Eh, location- horrible- right in the way of people coming and going. I think the workers need to learn the menu with what comes on the drinks or maybe it's the company's way of making extra money by charging for it and never actually having it on the drink.
