I did not order food at this visit. I wanted to try the new butterfly lemonade refresher. The service was fast. There were a few cars in the drive up, but not many. The line moved quickly. The drink is lovely in color. It is a little sour however some may prefer sour versus sweet. I tend to like sweet drinks. The location is very nice. It was clean and the service was wonderful. The butterfly lemonade refresher is pitched below. I ordered the caffeine free version. read more

What can I say but praise. Starbucks is the king of consistency. This location is super fast and upbeat. We stayed for Mango Refreshers and the lobby was clean with plenty of seating. Sitting and hearing to the custom drink combinations and requests from customers is wild! The staff doesn't seem to miss a beat. Nice that they have speedy free WiFi also! read more

Amazing service and such kind workers! Gracie and Zay always make Starbucks a positive experience!

My go to Starbucks. Friendly, clean, great service and my drinks and food are always perfect.

I love this Location. Seriously. Really nice baristas and I have never had a problem with unfriendly service and bad coffee but Goodness! Today 7/02/23 I ordered a frosted version of the strawberry açaí lemonade. A cold drink blended ice drink sounds like a good idea on an 80 degree day right? Well... the line took 10-15 minutes, and there was about us and 4 people in front of us. In my past experience at this location, it usually goes by within minutes. And I completely understand long big orders with demanding requirements and resources to make said drinks, but can you PLEASE tell me that when it takes 15 minutes when there is me and 4 other people in line? I just ordered 1 thing. The person in front of me also did not order a lot either. Also one thing so I'm 99% sure that there was a large order in line. I will come back and do recommend this spot. Not really a massive deal, I'd just appreciate a reason why it took very long. read more

This was a very disappointing coffee. It was so full of ice I could hardly get the straw in and I finished it in like 4 sips. The drink wasn't even close to the pictured menu drink. Paid for a cup of ice!! read more

My go to Starbucks store. Friendly baristas and great drinks! My favorites are their chamomile tea or jade citrus mint.

Great location w a drive thou & sweetest staff. The two young women that help me were so nice & absolutely most helpful.

Well this starbucks is an excellent one, very nice indoor seating, very nice environment, coffee is great, very friendly staff, I come here to meet up with some folks, and one of the young gentlemen working there actually came up to talk to me and ask me how I was doing as he was sweeping, very friendly place. Great place to grab your coffee and relax. Absolutely no complaints. read more

I usually like this place and I really appreciated being able to order and walk into a relatively empty store because all the tables were blocked due to Covid. But not anymore!! Covid is on the rise again and they've opened virtually all of their tables. There is no 6ft rule, and in fact it's impossible to maintain six feet between people/groups. It's unbelievable! Employees are masked but I had to walk past unmasked people trying to eat and could not give them six feet of space as I walked in. So if you are going out and trying to stay safe and keep others safe in the process, this isn't the place to go. You can drive up but typically people wait in line in such a manner that blocks the parking lot thoroughfare and allows people to cut in line, which they do. I'll try the other store next time so stand by for that review. When I asked them about it and said I wouldn't be able to come in anymore they told me it wasn't their choice. Seriously? That's a bunch of bunk. It's someone's choice, and they made the wrong one. I can see opening up a couple tables spaced wide apart and away from the walking thoroughfare, but not all of them. read more

I stop by this location every morning each and every single visit the employees are always so welcoming shout out to Sarah, Kasiah ( hope I spelled that right ) Bella, Sunny, Audrey , Kim, Matthew and so many more that I can't remember the names of at this moment lol y'all are awesome and make great coffee! read more

Incredible service, nice employees hard working too the food is incredible. and the lighting and building is amazing.

Met a friend here a little while back to indulge in a caffeine bender. They had free WiFi, comfy chairs and hot beverages. What isn't to like? I'm not a Starbucks connoisseur by any means, but this location seemed to be cleaner then I remember them being. Who knows, the caffeine buzz could have been influencing my judgment. read more

So far I love this location. They have been respectful to me whenever I have been in and I have had all-good experiences. What really made me decide to keep frequenting this location (besides the fact that it is one of the closest to my home I am always willing to travel a ways if it means better service) was my first visit. I had my hands full with a new baby and couldn't bring myself to look away from the little one for even a second, regardless of the wonderful Starbucks smells! SO long story short, I didn't end up purchasing a drink. This was a first for me for sure. Despite this, staff was perfectly nice to us and treated us well. Which is all too hard to come by these days. Now I go to this location regularly which is usually between three days a week to sometimes every day of the week. A little bit of kindness goes a long ways. read more

I just love everyone that works at this location. They remember my names as well as other customers that stop by. Even during this Covid time they know my voice at the drive though. Extremely friendly staff and my food and drinks came out really quickly! Probably the best Starbucks i've been to!

I really like this location! Multiple staff members wear blm shirts which is really refreshing after coming from Buckley. Baristas are always friendly, helpful, and efficient! They do frequently forget when I say no whip or no ice though. read more

I've been passing this Starbucks for years in favor of the one by Walmart - MISTAKE! They were fast, super friendly and my drink was perfect. Definitely going to make this my Bonney Lake Starbucks! read more

This location is hit or miss -seems to depend on which barista is working, or what kind of mood they're in. Yesterday afternoon we did the drive-thru and ordered a drip coffee for me, and a tall extra hot soy latte for my wife. My coffee was okay, but my wife's latte was literally half foam. I handed it back and asked that it be remade. The remade latte, the window server explained, had no foam whatsoever, and, as my wife discovered as we drove away, tasted awful. By that time we were already back on the road so we didn't turn around and ask for another remake. Frankly, I'm not sure what the result would have been if we had gone back -- a latte that tasted like dish soap perhaps? read more

Unfortunately, not sure if there are new people working at this location or what, but I have attempted to go here at various times in the morning the last 2 weeks and the drive thru line has just been insane! I have had to just circle the parking lot and drive down to the other Starbucks location off 410 by Panda Express. No waiting, always friendly staff, and did I mention no waiting? It's unfortunate, because this particular location is closest to my house, but when the line is backed up over to Little Caesar's Pizza I just am not going to wait. On a positive note, when I can get into this location my coffee is always perfect and the staff is typically pretty friendly. read more

Unfortunately, this Starbucks is sub-par. The employees forgot our breakfast sandwiches, then when my girlfriend went back to ask for them she was told they were all out. The indifference and attitude was unexpected, hence we will not be returning. Tho, they did give a refund, again, with poor customer service, as if it was a nuisance. I'd recommend another Starbucks or coffee shop if you're not already a loyal customer. read more

Bad attitudes, ungrateful these days. It used to be a decent experience, but not so much any longer. Every time I approach the register, it's like I put them out. I'm always polite: 'please' and 'thank you'. I haven't gotten a 'you're welcome' or 'thank you' from them that I can recall. They avoid being polite like it's a disease, leaving me feeling like I wasted politeness on them. I'm a semi-regular, but not sure if I'll make this a stop any longer. read more

The parking area over here can be a tad crowded but it was okay today. The drive-thru can get busy. Today it was quiet inside and they were VERY fast with my easy drink. Service was great. It didn't seem like the AC was on. Overall, a very normal Starbucks experience. read more

I love this Starbucks location! It's easy to get into the drive thru, the employees are always so friendly and helpful - they taught me I can order beverages w half the pumps of flavor so they aren't insanely sweet - and it's a great place to chat with friends. My coffee has always been yummy here too, which is nice as the other Bonney Lake location always makes my stomach upset. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, and delicious coffee and food.

I'm a regular at this Starbucks. The staff is fun, friendly and they always take great care of me. Monday thru Friday the lines are usually pretty average and you can get in and out pretty quickly. Saturday and Sunday mornings until around noon can get jammed both inside and at the drive thru but the great staff make it worth the wait. read more
