Especially at the seafood The other large store in town, which we used to go to for perceived "better" product, is in fact the same on product and maybe even pricer. But what matters to us is service. and today, I ran into the store and asked for swordfish, and the young man ( Devon) was SUPER!. He took the time to ask what I needed, saw what was in the case was not the right in terms of size and offered to cut me what I needed. Wow! Came home and I told my wife, who tells me she always goes there to get salmon and the folks always help her to get the right product, size and cut. That does not happen at the other place, at least not with a smile! Thumbs up! I have noticed an improved level of customer friendliness and service thought the store.
