For the past 4 months (Aug- Nov 2022), I have worked with Kirk directly via his company Refined Remodeling involving a complete first floor remodel of my home (powder room, kitchen, flooring, painting, electrical, and more). There are some key components that have compelled me to write this review, the first of which involves Kirk's consistency and showing up timely for the work involved. While there were some small hiccups like traffic or illness, Kirk always communicated via a timely text message regarding the situation. Next involves Kirks crew, Doug, Andrew, Bill, Joe, and Sam, everyone brought their A- game regarding the project for the day. As previously mentioned there were several projects happening daily and everyone did their part, kudos to everyone. While a remodeling project can be stressful for the homeowner with all the coordination of supplies, deliveries, services, etc. Kirk and his crew have been mindful of the details, courteous, and pleasant to work with. Refined Remodeling has been supportive in assisting with coordinating selections to bring the big picture together and given meticulous attention to the details. The company's integrity, character, and service has been above anything I could have expected.
