After spending almost 30,000 on a parking lot tear out. it was agreed to be part of the job scope to replace a section where the dumpster was placed and they agreed to come back out and replace the section. due to miscommunication between the estimator (who was in process of resigning ) and owner of the business; the area of the dumpster was not properly repaired Leaving the dumpster unbalanced and causing it to rock back and forth. When the owner of Leon came to repair this he left it partially removed which was not per the directive between francisco and I. the other partial owners of the business dealt with Ivan and we were left with a partial repair. I was ignored requesting further repair and they refused to make the situation whole. after two we the. Found excess concrete from the perimeter of the drain in the bottom of the drains and they refused to continue make the repair of the initial situation and post finding. Highly recommended Leon Seal Coating. We had a very large crumbling driveway completely replaced to fix the direction of rain runoff. They didn't an amazing job. With all the rain we have had recently, the water is flowing correctly now. And their pricing was reasonable. We secured many bids before deciding to go with them. read more

We had concrete work done by this team and we could not be happier. They took care of small details that I did not realize could be a hassle until I saw them do the work. They cleaned the concrete off the grass, washed the siding where it splashed, and wiped it off the windows so we would not have a problem. Francisco was great about checking in on our project. I am so disappointed in the front steps that Leon Sealcoating installed for us and have already arranged to have them torn out and replaced next spring. I was shocked to come home after they broke out our old steps and find our driveway with a number of chunks out of the blacktop. I reviewed my Nest doorbell footage and watched them throw large sections of broken concrete down five steps to a skidsteer bucket. Unfortunately, quite a few of these sections landed on the driveway instead and it looks terrible. The crew then built the forms and nailed them in to the brick on the front of our house. Not the mortar joints, the brick. Their resolution to my complaint about this was to smear concrete over the holes which did not look nice at all. When they poured, stained and stamped the steps I found the quality to be completely unacceptable. I suppose I am sort of particular so I have included some pictures so you can decide for yourself if you would be happy with their workmanship. As you can see, the upper and lower sections are two different colors. The stamping is so rough that you can't walk on the steps in bare feet. One of the step corners is broken off and there are numerous footprints in the work. (Our FedEx driver also walked on the porch that night, but at least he waited until it was dry enough before jumping over the caution tape (who does that???)) In addition to all this, there were a few other items that were upsetting to me as well. They threw all the dirt they dug out under our bushes and I ended up having to dig that all out when I discovered it and haul it off. They cleaned all their equipment in the middle of our front yard and left a layer of concrete that I had to dig out and replace with black dirt and seed. They also cleaned out in our front landscaping and got concrete splatter on our light post. When they sealed the concrete they left it to pool in some areas which still looks wet while the rest has a matte finish. They did not seal the exposed sides but let it run down from the top which looks very sloppy. While Fransisco did offer to pay to have the bricks repaired and the driveway sealed (which really won't fill in any of the holes they made) and also fixed the horrible transition from driveway to concrete, they have otherwise been unresponsive to any of our other complaints and are no longer responding to my communications. We had them replace our driveway. There new driveway work left holes and blotches flatten out on the driveway. They will not return your calls and won't come out to fix the problems. The driveway looks like crap. Still waiting for them to respond to calls and fix the driveway. But they are quick to demand payment for terrible work. read more

We just had Leon Seal Coating replace our asphalt driveway and concrete pathways. We are very happy with the results. They were always quick to respond with our questions, provided us with creative solutions, and went above and beyond to work with us to make sure we were happy with the results. They installed a concrete border around our new asphalt driveway, replaced the old concrete paths leading to our doors, and installed a new concrete path across the front of our house.
