From the moment we called to the time the work was completed, it was about 1 week start (quote sent and reviewed) to finish (work completed and paid). They sanded and perfected trim and recently replaced drywall, and primed and painted walls, ceiling, and trim. They were able to use the specific paint brand, quality and color that we selected without a significant price increase. We felt they offered a great value and we appreciated that they offered a discount for cash. Petr came in the beginning and at the end to ensure we were satisfied with the work quality. Sharing a few photos of completed work for a sense of interior quality, as many projects featured here are of exterior paint projects or in-progress projects. He quoted me and explained he was very busy for the month of May. This was fine. He told me that if he could not do the month of May 2023, he would do the first weekend of June. This was a standard conversation, knowing the demand in Spring. After that conversation in the beginning of May, I got *zero* communication from them. No updates if May would work or even confirming the first weekend as promised by Alex. It was complete radio silence. When I say radio silent, I mean completely ghosted by a contractor. Ultimately, I texted Alex asking if he still wanted the job? He finally texted back stating he was was too busy and could not do the job. I waited weeks holding out for this company when I could have found a painting company that could do the job in a timely manner. This has been a horrible experience with this company.
