I don't know your secret, but even when I make my own using the same meat you use, it is nowhere near the same. My conclusion: it's the cook plus quality hamburger meat that includes sufficient fat to give it flavor. I'm especially thankful that you do not compact/mash the hamburger meat such that it is dense. Loosely patted meat is part of the perfection. On my way back from the Florida West Coast, I even considered asking you to cook some patties for me to bring home. But, I decided I would make the two hour trek once a month to get an over the top hamburger that can't be found anywhere near where I live, or any other place I've been (except at a family owned restaurant in the 1970s). I'm sure I can find some interesting things to do along the way. AND, I will be calling ahead to make sure you will be available to make my hamburger. I am off the charts high maintenance when it comes to food. I want quality above all else. I assume you won't be working forever so I hope you will train a suitable replacement.
