AVOID THIS OFFICE!! The front desk and scheduling is…read morecompletely inept. We either get calls confirming appointments we never made, or the office doesn't have record of our current appointments (even though they scheduled them). They cancel 1/2 of the time and have proven to be incredibly unreliable. They have no idea how to run an efficient office. If you want to have your child progress the way they're supposed to, avoid this office like the plague.

Vinny, Monika, Greg, Emily, they are just so caring, patient and knowledgeable. So much personal attention--they watch and make sure you do every exercise right. And amazing things happen when you follow their gentle guidance. Ron…read moreand his team at Ergo Physical Therapy are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. I came in with a frozen left shoulder and a lot of pain, and week by week I could feel real progress. Ron's hands-on manual therapy made a huge difference, and his calm, encouraging approach made it possible to work through the discomfort and steadily regain movement. Chris and Brian carefully guided my exercises, watching form closely and making thoughtful adjustments to ensure I was doing everything correctly. The clinic runs very efficiently. Equipment is always ready, the staff keeps everything organized, and each visit feels purposeful and well run. The front desk team is welcoming and incredibly helpful with scheduling and insurance approvals, which makes the process much easier. This past week felt like a true breakthrough. My shoulder is moving more freely, and the intense pain I first had is gone. It's such a relief to feel the difference in my shoulder. I highly recommend Ron and the entire Ergo PT team for skilled, personalized care that really works.

We were receiving OT services here and initially had early afternoon sessions. Once my son started…read moreschool, I called to move his appointment to 7pm. The schedule was confirmed as available. On a later call, the owner personally told me that although the time was open, she would not schedule it because it was "too late for my son to be outside." Let that sink in. Not because of staffing. Not because the slot wasn't available. But because she decided, as the provider, that 7pm was inappropriate for my child. As a parent, I make decisions about my child's schedule -- not a business owner. If there were operational limitations, that could have been communicated professionally. Instead, the reasoning was judgmental and paternalistic. Families seeking therapy services deserve respect, flexibility, and professional boundaries. Unfortunately, this interaction showed a concerning lack of all three. We chose to take our business elsewhere.
