We'd never owned a hot tub or lap pool before, but my husband had worked with Leisure through his job and thought highly of them. This company has been accountable, professional, and amazing - from purchase, preinstallation, installation, warranty work, and water testing. We've worked with ALL of the Mikes, as well as probably everyone else, and together they make a responsive, quality team. My husband and I grew up in service industries so we have high expectations when it comes to customer service. Leisure Montana is a gem among way too many clueless businesses that don't know how to treat customers. Thanks to them, we are able to have great low-impact workouts almost year-round, only wimping out when it's below -10 outside. We of course enjoy the massage jets before and after a hard day of work, especially as we get older. We want to thank Leisure so much for making this big purchase a great experience. This swim spa is now our favorite part of our home: support and service made that happen!

Last April Thompson Pools came and set up my pool and when I say they set it up, that's all they…read moredid everything else I figured out on my own. I covered the pool For the winter, and when I took the cover off and started to clean it and put the extra water back in. It started to leak. I hadn't even been in the pool yet, but it was leaking so I immediately called and called and called and texted and was pretty much told too bad we're not coming. They took my money with no problem $10,000 they took and I have a pool that I cannot use. I've reached out to other places to come replace the liner and when I tell them where I got my pool, they will not touch it. I just do not understand the blatant disregard for someone who trusted you with $10,000 of their money. I'm not sure this can be resolved because I do not believe they will come and replace the liner even though I would be willing to pay for that and the labor and the travel and I've made that clear. So I have pretty much just wasted $10,000 on a swimming pool that I cannot use.

The goods here come from all over, especially from small businesses from both Billings and Montana in general, but also from elsewhere in the country or from around the world from others who also believe in recycling, eco-friendly, and sustainable goods for daily living. While it is a small store, many other things are available on line and if for any questions on anything in the store or from where it is sourced, the owner will let you know, or find out for you. If I have questions, or need help, I know I can count on just asking them questions there in person, and leave with what I need. However... we need to talk about the 1 star experience with the young females you chose to hire lately, usually to work at the front desk. They have bad attitudes, and seem to have no product knowledge, they also seem to treat customers like they are somehow beneath them. I was struggling with my 2 year old during checkout the other day, and the cashier girl kept giving me bad looks like I was holding up her day plans or something. And I think her demeanor was a bit contagious for the customer in line behind me, because it ended up with me feeling a bit put-out at my favorite local Ace! So management. Forget the nearby big-box stores, I don't have the patience or the time to find what I need and before I even get to that point, I can never find an employee. These are firmly in the "tolerate" category. The smaller places, a mom-and-pop shop or even a place like Ace Hardware work well for me, seem to have what I need, and I can find an employee to help. These are the kinds of stores I like to browse through and find things I didn't know I needed. Who would have thought I'd need to exercise a budget restraint in a hardware store? Ace carries kitchen, grilling, and garden supplies as well as local merchandise like candles, soaps, and general knick-knacks, and a limited selection of clothing. When it comes to basics, I'm a fan of this Ace Hardware for being the antithesis of my experiences with the nearby big box stores.
