This guy is the DEFINITION of what customer service should be. He is the man. Not to mention that he is the BEST body work guy in DFW. I have yet to see anyone that has better work. Put himself, his amazing personality and customer service aside. The work level that he achieves, is worthy of your business alone. In conclusion, if you can find a guy with a better personality, better customer service, and better work. I will cut off and give you my right leg. Kyle is the man.

Always on time with the right materials and equipment in hand. Cleaned up after themselves as they worked. If a crew member had a moment of idleness while waiting for a task to finish, they would pick up a broom or magnet and sweep an area. I've been in business for 30 years and have seldom seen this level of quality and communication which Griffith provided. I liked their work so much, I am actively looking for additional project to have them come do for me. I cannot recommend them enough!

Several neighbors in the area have stopped to get Casey's number for other jobs such as other type of buildings, fences etc... I would hire Casey again in the future and would recommend him and his crew highly.

Extreme Care Appliance Repair was the best one I liked and contacted them. The lady was nice and got me an appointment pretty quick. The day the repair man was to come, he was right on time! That's unusual! Aaron worked on my dishwasher while we chatted. He told me a lot about the dishwasher and gave me advice about it. He also told me that I had a discount on the bill because I'm a senior. That was even nicer! He said he had fixed the dishwasher but it was old so I should look out for it. It worked well for awhile but then I couldn't get the buttons to do what I wanted. So I called and Aaron came back. He said the motherboard wasn't going to work again, and that I had a couple of choices; get another motherboard, if it's available, or buy another dishwasher. He found out how much it was at that time as about the same price as a new dishwasher. I asked what brand would be good for me, and I got it. My dryer had troubles during my dishwasher had its troubles. Aaron checked the dryer everywhere and found the vent needed cleaning, and he did it. He put a new thermostat in it and it's been working very well! I found a really good company with nice people and good work. I'll always call Extreme Care Appliance Repair when I have other problems with my appliances. I give them five stars.
