I was every happy to see that he was able to get the swirl and hard water spots out; however I am unsatisfied with the overall experience for the following reasons. 1. He had my vehicle for 4 days and it turns out he didn't actually start the process until the morning of the last day. I expect he spent about 4-6 hours on it. He made it sound like it was a 2 day process which justified the high cost of the service. 2. When I got the car home I found that he didn't even touch the engine compartment which he says he forgot. He wanted me to bring it back, but after the 4 day process I decided to pass. He should have offered to refund some of the cost of the full exterior detail service. 3. Sill plates were not even wiped down. Technically this is exterior since it is exposed to road wetness. 4. High cost. He said he charges between 350-550 for this service. I was of course charged 550. I didn't complain about the cost since it sounded like he was going to do the BEST in the county type of job on it. This is the 3rd detailing from 3 different detailers. Every experience has been a disappointment. This one being the most frustrating due to the cost versus outcome. I recommend finding a detailer that has been referred to you by friends and family.

Got a Jeep? No? You can stop reading now. This one's for Jeep owners. Well, Jeep owners with…read moredog(s). At least one dog. One stubborn pain in the ass dog that refuses to stay in the back where she belongs and randomly leaps up between the seats and into your lap when you're changing lanes, sometimes on the freeway, that one time when you were heading west on the 10 near the Broadway curve during rush hour, and you'd forgotten she was even back there and she barked and jumped and you swerved and you almost crapped your pants you came so close to gettin' crushed by that 18-wheeled monster-truck-beast in the next lane... I've bought and returned 4 or 5 different nets, gates and seatbelt contraptions from Petsmart and Petco over the last couple of years during my search for the perfect pet barrier, but have never been satisfied with the results - they either didn't fit right, weren't made very well, were so bulky that I could no longer see behind me, or required extensive drilling... And then I found these guys online. They've got a variety of cargo nets and pet barriers made just for Jeeps, constructed from strong triple stitched nylon webbing, all available in multiple colors - and no tools needed, they strap directly to your roll bars. Also quick free shipping. Definitely recommended. So no more almost-pants-crappin' on the freeway for me, at least not that I can blame on the dog. One more note: Currently their products only fit TJs and YJs, but I spoke with the owner and he said they'll have products for the new 4-door Jeeps available in the next few weeks.
