Some said they had it outside and covered. They just lied through their teeth to this day which is over a year since we picked it up. They still haven't finished it. They were supposed to be getting part for the back window. They said it had to be special ordered. We just stopped in two days ago again and the manager still couldn't talk to us a special order piece of aluminum to go around the back window trim I will never recommend them to anybody. They lied and they've lied and they've lied. It wouldn't let me post unless I gave a star. I wouldn't be given him one, but I had to. I only posted because I was with them through the whole thing so I know exactly what was going on now the one in Columbia Falls I took a car there and they were wonderful. They were great. I would take it back there any day but whitefish they can suck it

Was working fully before ohs had it. This isn't the only vehicle we have had issues with. My mom Honda fit has a short or something wrong on the dash display that off and on has the fuel gauge info and millage display lines and hashes. Have to hit it real hard few times to get it set back right. Then my sisters car has issues too. They where very rude and told me no that they never did anything when yes your shop guys did something to my system

I was wondering if I had made a mistake taking my Subaru there to be fixed. Telephone service was hired all out of state--so talking to someone direct at the dealership didn't seem possible so that fed into the miscommunications. Eventually things did work out when I was able to work directly with Ryan who was my repair service representative. He was very nice and went out of his way to make amends for some of the missteps. Much Appreciated. I also want to say "Thanks" to another Ryan-- the service technician who worked on my car. Not only did he replace my A/C assembly but had to diagnose and navigate a tricky problem that I think was caused by a pesky squirrel. Thank you for taking the extra trouble to figure that out. I think you saved me a bunch of future car repairs. Thank you Ryan and Ryan. It is great to have my car back and have the A/C working in case we head back to record breaking summer temps! Don't be fooled by the fact this place is local: it still acts like a car dealership. The…read more"non-commissioned sales staff" isn't true; the staff are paid commission, it just isn't as a percentage of the sales price. They have a base salary and are paid an additional amount per car, which scales depending on how many they've sold. In addition, the brands they sell incentivize employees to sell new vehicles by giving them commission after a certain number -- which means that sales staff makes a lot more money if they sell you a new car than a used one, especially if they can sign you up for a subscription service at the same time (which they'll likely do at least the free version of even if you decline, so go ahead and prepare to have your driving data sold to insurance companies). Most of the sales people are okay, as are the customer-facing service people. But the finance managers will definitely go to great lengths to pressure you into buying things you don't need and can get much more cheaply elsewhere, and the managers will do things like (real example I witnessed in the Subaru building, from their current manager) find out a customer's name, internet stalk them to find out the value of their house, and then pass onto the sales staff the customer's probable net value before inserting themselves into the customer's conversation to extract the same information from the customer. (I don't know why they do this, though I have theories. Made my skin creep.) My recommendation: if you just *have* to buy a new car here: figure out exactly the one you want ahead of time, go to AJ in the Subaru building (he appears to be truly honest) and flatly refuse to see anyone else, even if you want a new Chevy or something (they'll try to pass you on, but they won't pass on a sale), pay cash, and tell the finance manager you'll walk out if he tries to sell you anything. If you need a used car, buy it privately and take it to a mechanic to get it checked over; you'll pay double at this place. (So basically, same advice as if you went to any other dealership.)

I was every happy to see that he was able to get the swirl and hard water spots out; however I am unsatisfied with the overall experience for the following reasons. 1. He had my vehicle for 4 days and it turns out he didn't actually start the process until the morning of the last day. I expect he spent about 4-6 hours on it. He made it sound like it was a 2 day process which justified the high cost of the service. 2. When I got the car home I found that he didn't even touch the engine compartment which he says he forgot. He wanted me to bring it back, but after the 4 day process I decided to pass. He should have offered to refund some of the cost of the full exterior detail service. 3. Sill plates were not even wiped down. Technically this is exterior since it is exposed to road wetness. 4. High cost. He said he charges between 350-550 for this service. I was of course charged 550. I didn't complain about the cost since it sounded like he was going to do the BEST in the county type of job on it. This is the 3rd detailing from 3 different detailers. Every experience has been a disappointment. This one being the most frustrating due to the cost versus outcome. I recommend finding a detailer that has been referred to you by friends and family.
