He agreed and wore snowpants and warm gear while he "set up" shop in my frigid garage. He did a meticulous detail job even when I said I had a car full of dog hair and not to worry about every single one----- when it was finished I could not spot a speck of dirt, let alone any hair in my vehicle---- very hard to accomplish since my dog has fine, wire hair. Even though he did an ok job he way overcharged me for what he did do and I'm still getting dirt out of places he missed. You can see by his pics and him arriving unprepared at my house that he really doesn't want to do actual work, he just wants to do touch ups because my vehicle did not turn out like the pics you see on google and facebook.

I was every happy to see that he was able to get the swirl and hard water spots out; however I am unsatisfied with the overall experience for the following reasons. 1. He had my vehicle for 4 days and it turns out he didn't actually start the process until the morning of the last day. I expect he spent about 4-6 hours on it. He made it sound like it was a 2 day process which justified the high cost of the service. 2. When I got the car home I found that he didn't even touch the engine compartment which he says he forgot. He wanted me to bring it back, but after the 4 day process I decided to pass. He should have offered to refund some of the cost of the full exterior detail service. 3. Sill plates were not even wiped down. Technically this is exterior since it is exposed to road wetness. 4. High cost. He said he charges between 350-550 for this service. I was of course charged 550. I didn't complain about the cost since it sounded like he was going to do the BEST in the county type of job on it. This is the 3rd detailing from 3 different detailers. Every experience has been a disappointment. This one being the most frustrating due to the cost versus outcome. I recommend finding a detailer that has been referred to you by friends and family.
