2nd time going here both times I had issues! 1st time my oil…read morelight said "max fill please drain" 2nd time the "Service Due" light won't go off along with a massive oil leak (2-3 qts worth). My boyfriend found the oil drain plug gasket was compromised & had to completely redo my oil change. After spending $150 at Grease Monkey, then another $80 to fix the problem they caused, we called hoping to at least get a refund for the $80 & they refused saying because we drained the oil they weren't reliable & the gasket wouldn't cause an oil leak. Manager stated that it was all hearsay, basically calling us liars. Manager also refused to give the owners information over the phone saying "he lives out of town". Don't go here they clearly have no idea what they're doing!!!
