Normally we order food for delivery. We love the pizza, bone-in wings, and garlic cheese bread with meat sauce.

I had 3 orders of the spicy honey mustard boneless wing and only 2 came, only one of which was spicy. Delivery was 10 minutes late.

Great St. Louis style pizza in the middle of nowhere. Provel…read morecheese on a thin cracker crust with juicy toppings, (insert Homer Simpson drool here). Moving to CA, I missed it greatly. I always been an Cecil guy not an Imo's. Before our departure, we had frequented the O"Fallon, MO restaurant frequently. When we visited family, I had a little get together with friends there. Its great to have a CW deep in the heart of Jeffco. What's great about CW is the many specials. You can get a great deal if you order a lot of pizza. Two large for a price of one, 5 toppings for a price of 4, etc. They have good cheese garlic bread, wings, and chef's salad. Pasta and sandwiches are on the menu as well. CW offers a variety of St. Louis style cuisine. It is both tasty and affordable.

I have ordered pizza from this Cecil's numerous times and have never been disappointed. Cecil's is…read morea local chain that serves St. Louis style pizza with the traditional crispy cracker thin crust topped with Provel cheese. In addition to the Provel, a hallmark of St. Louis style pizza, Cecil's adds a blend of additional chesses and spices that gives their pizza a distinctive taste distinguishing it from other St. Louis style pizzerias. Cecil's sauce is a little sweet to my taste but otherwise I have no criticism of their version of the pie. Their toppings are tasty and I have not had a bad pizza from any Cecil's location in over 15 years. It has been quite a while since I ate inside this Cecil's location so the below is only regarding their delivery menu and service. Their pizza is good if costly when compared to the advertised prices of national pizza chains. (None of which deliver this far down HWY 30) Their pasta, appetizers and sandwichs are either ok or less then good. But, are always better then anything being offered by the national chains. The quality of the items from this Cecil's depends two things. 1) how fast the delivery driver brings you the food and 2) how your food packed. (i.e. Was the cold salad placed in the same bag as the piping hot pasta? Where the toasted ravioli cooked 20minutes before the driver picked them up meaning the arrive hard as rocks? Etc.) I don't think anything is fresh or hand made at Cecil's. Their menu never changes. Instead it tastes like pre-made then frozen and some menu item's taste precooked and then reheated. Still, I continue to order from Cecil's and enjoy their food for what it is. I have noted the Cedar Hill Location seems to be a little pricey when compared to other locations in the chain. If your hungry and find yourself in Cedar Hill, Cecil Whittaker's is one of the only choices you have but, it would not still be in business if it wasn't decent. A number of restaunts have started and failed in this area over the recent years. Also, there is another, "Italian," restaurant in Cedar Hill that also offer a very similar menu and pizza delivery. The competition is notable (if your a local).

Wow! An amazing hidden gem in a small town that is sure to please any palate!…read more The service - 5 Stars! The staff treats you like family and are on it, no matter how busy. They are fun and made us want to keep coming back (which we did)! * Sammy - you are SPECTACULAR! The food - 5 stars! From the pretzel and yummy cheese to the pizza, absolutely spot on. The French onion soup had a depth of flavor and topped with an oversized piece of bread covered in cheese - heavenly! The salads are fresh and the dressings are on the top of the list I have tasted. The atmosphere - 5 stars! It's a lovely, yet smaller restaurant that is decorated to suite any person that walks in. Extremely clean and the patrons all know each other. The owners are welcoming and care about their customers. It's like dinner and a show with the entire interactions. I need to try the BBQ next time I'm in town!

Their fries are shoestring, almost similar to McDonald's, which isn't my favorite style at a sit-down restaurant. Next time I would probably order one of their specialities as they sound a little more exciting than what I got.

Hillsboro has very little, but the area has no shortage of pizza, but none of it is nearly as good as this! Unlike most places, it tastes completely like homemade and the herbs and the toppings make it a perfect experience for your taste buds. They're located in the same place where Pizza Junction was before it shut down (a seemingly cursed location). The staff seems very friendly and the pizza is ready in the average time (15-20 minutes). I haven't used their delivery yet, but we did carry out both times. On its own the pizza can be a little expensive, but they have lots of good deals during the week that make it cost-effective. We did Tuesday because of the Buy One Get One Free 14" or 16" deal they have on Tuesday (We got two 14" 2-toppings carry out for $14.13 with tax, making it very affordable if you use the deals!), and I know on Sundays they do a Family deal and if you order anytime after 9pm they have a late-night deal for one pizza for $9.99. They also have a gluten-free option--and I did call to ask since I have a friend whose daughter has severe Celiac's and if you ask them when you place the order they CAN prepare the gluten-free pizza in a separate area to avoid the cross contamination! A rarity in these parts.

We called ahead to let them know we were coming since we had 14 this trip and they don't take reservations. When we arrived we spoke to Jesse and let her know that there were 14 of us, it was already pretty busy and it's a pretty small space but she said she would make it work. We had arrived about a half hour earlier than everyone was meeting so we could secure seating and in the end, it all worked out! Jesse is a phenomenal asset to the restaurant! Not only did she figure out our seating, she was personable , upbeat, and on top of the whole room it seemed like. While waiting for the rest of our group we sat at the high-top tables and chatted with a couple of regulars. They gave us lots of good scoop on what to order and their recommendations were spot on. So friendly! We ordered wings, the Olive Juice Forever pizza, the BBQ chicken without onion, and a giant cinnamon roll for dessert. I loved the wings, good flavor, a good amount of sauce. We got them with ranch; it was good but very dill forward if you need to know. The Olive Juice Forever pizza was Olive Oil, mozzarella, kalamata olives, green olives, garlic, red onion, and a touch of sausage and pepperoni. I really enjoyed it, afraid it would be too salty =but it was perfect. The crust was puffy, charred perfectly, and had a good chewy bite. The giant cinnamon roll was giant! We would order it again, it was very good. I also had a beer; a Kona Big Wave or Mango Cart mixed with the Main and Mill draft. I and I really liked it. I am not a bike rider, but I do love pizza and this place was great from the service to the atmosphere to the food and drink.
