After having multiple dress shirts that went through 3 wash cycles without getting the bottoms replaced I found a better dry cleaners. Their sign says "Rob listens", but after I disputed my final credit card charge for their failure to replace dress shirts buttons, Rob decided $38.53 wash cycles more important than keeping a customer of 15 years. Instead of calling me to try to make it right, they claimed I should not get a refund because their "complaint log" did not show a complaint. So much for Rob listening or having any loyalty to long-term customers.

I wouldn't recommend.
