He ran a camera through the lines, walked the property with me, and explained everything clearly in layman's terms. He also laid out my options based on my long-term plans for the property, without any scare tactics or pressure to rush into work. Eric strikes me as a business owner who genuinely values honesty and integrity. He clearly has plenty of work and doesn't try to create problems that aren't there. I haven't decided yet whether I'm moving forward with the work yet, but if I do, I won't hesitate to work with him.

The city considers this repair a homeowner responsibility (after getting a city permit). The street must be opened up to access the main drain. At the same time my across-the-street neighbors hookup also failed. Eric was able to coordinate and obtain one permit and do both jobs opening up the street just once. They were prompt, efficient, skilled and NEAT. This was a huge job and they have my gratitude for their work ethic. Many of the homes here were built around the same time and will be encountering the same problem. I suggest you skip the rest and just call the PROs!!! Thank you Eric and crew

After a year of thinking we were doing what we needed to do for Mold remediation in our home, so many wrong turns, so many vendors without the big picture, and so much money spent, my and I were still sick. Purified came in, inspected our home, and gave us answers to our lingering problem. My husband and I are amazed at how much better we feel just one week post deep with them. Right from the start everyone was so helpful and responsive. My initial call with Skip was filled with numerous questions, and he patiently answered each one of them and explained things no previous vendor had as to what was actually going on in our house that wasn't being resolved. Skip also gave us the total reassurance we found the right company and were in the best hands! Attention to Detail was very evident ! If you are suffering from mold or environmental illness in your living space, run, don't walk to Skip and his team. Highly recommend! Danielle and Mike S.

We also use one of their air purification units in our bedroom and it has made a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. Highly recommend. 10/10!!!

Our insurance company told us they called Servpro to come out to help us. Within a very short time we received a call from Jason, who was already on this way to our condo. He brought a small crew, extraction machines, and evaluated the water damage fully. Jason is knowledgeable, calm, and answered all our questions! We are so blessed and fortunate that he was the one assigned to effectively work with us and communicate efficiently with our insurance adjuster. We're still working to resolve the issues that brought this disaster, and moving forward to restore our condo thanks to Jason, his team, and Servpro working with us. Definitely time for a review for the Eco Store now that we've completed our 3rd project with them!…read more I remember when The Eco Store opened up years ago in Oak View. It was such a pleasure to see so many potential home improvement projects, all in one place, and that all inspired a better way of living at our house. Our first project with the Eco Store was a gray water system to move abundant shower water out to our plants and gardens. That felt so good that we then did a second project with the Eco Store. They created a simple and affordable rain water catchment system that now gives us enough water to completely water all of our plants, gardens, and even our backyard grass areas! Now we've just completed a salt-free whole house home water filtration system that gives us high-quality drinking water throughout our whole house, and allows us to NOT have to dump salt into a tank every month. Working with Erica at the store is always a pleasure. She is super knowledgeable and very helpful. She makes a large variety of household soaps and sells them at the Eco Store. That makes it so we are re-using all of our plastic soap bottles! We've done a lot of home improvements at our house with various contractors. LeVon (owner) cares about your house, provides a professional installation, and seems to know everything about conserving energy and water at your house! Working with him is like having a good friend over your house. But when he leaves, you feel 100% better about your house, and how you are working with nature to support the house and it's water needs. I know they work with electrical needs at your house too... maybe project #4 in the future for us!?!? It is always a pleasure working with The Eco Store! We highly recommend you visit their store, talk with them, and get inspired!
