They also had a nice selection of bootlegs which you don't see very often. They sell books and clothing which for me usually means it's not a serious store, but Main Steet Beat is the exception. This bookstore is a little gem in the middle of the big city. All items-books, CDs, DVDs, books on…read moretape and more-are donated by the public and the library. Everyone who works there is a volunteer! They give their time to sell the books etc with all proceeds going back to the library. The books are so reasonable priced, ie hard covers $2 each that almost anyone can afford them! I highly recommend a stop at this little book paradise next time you are in the Peekskill area!
