Above and Beyond Customer Service! A+++…read more I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Corner 16 on Northshore! I ordered a veggie burger, and there was a mix-up with my order. But what happened next absolutely blew me away! The manager, Cody, personally HAND DELIVERED the correct burger to my house! I mean, WOW! I have honestly never experienced this level of customer service. Talk about going above and beyond! And the veggie burger and fries were absolutely delicious! I am just so grateful to Cody for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and incredible effort to make things right. This is how you build loyal customers and create an amazing experience! I HIGHLY recommend Corner 16 on Northshore. Great food, exceptional people, and truly outstanding customer service! A+! A+! A+! Thank you, Cody! You made my day!

The portions are generous BUT at this price they would need to be. It's fairly quiet inside and you will listen to screaming children outside in the play area. Burgers came out slightly overcooked and, for a mid week meal past the rush hour, the meals (2) took quite some time to show up prompting the waitress to apoligize for the wait times. The restaurant doesnt provide the severs with trays to carry food so pick someone with large arms that can balance or wait for food to be delivered in relays. There is no dessert menu even though they sell desserts (Management being cheap). New servers & greeters every time I go in, points to staff turnover.

It just looks more like a bar rather than a place that would serve high quality fresh meals. Everything was clean and the service was great. We got a high top in the bar area and they had a high chair that was tall enough for our son to reach the table. It was great! We ordered the caesar salad to start.... made perfectly. Then we got our entrees. Pictured below.... Both exceeded our expectations! We got our son the kids buttered noodles and he ate a lot of my chicken that I ordered. Great dinner and we ALL highly recommend!

On a recent trip to the area, we decided to stop here for lunch after reading the great Yelp…read morereviews. I must admit that the reviews were spot on. Everything about this experience was top-notch! From being seated quickly upon entering, to explaining how the ticket validation thing worked (more info at the end), customer service was some of the best I've been shown. The ambiance is chic but casual-great for both cozy date night or fun family night. Our server was so friendly and patient as we asked questions about the menu. I ordered the grilled salmon with spicy crab remoulade and my guy ordered the smoked wings with a side of fries. I was happy that I was able to select my own sides from the ones on the menu so I opted for the fried Brussels sprouts with maple and bacon and the buttermilk whipped potatoes. After a short wait, our food was brought out. This was truly one of the best salmon dishes I have ever eaten! The salmon was cooked to my liking, the potatoes were soft and fluffy and the fried Brussels sprouts were absolutely divine and perfect. The remoulade was a little salty but it may have been just been my taste. The potatoes helped with that so it was not a deal breaker. My guy was pleased with his food as well and I could tell he enjoyed everything he ate. We agreed that we would take this trip back just to eat this meal again. It was truly a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. I highly recommend trying this gem out! Pro Tip: The restaurant validates parking. If you park in the lot across the street, do not prepay on the app or online. Ask the servers at the front to validate to save the $18 parking fee before you order and within 15 minutes after entering. Unfortunately, we didn't do this and the restaurant cannot reimburse the money after you've already paid. You've been warned!

Our server was amazing and you can't beat the riverfront location and views. They don't take reservations and those negative reviews usually involved large parties and special needs that take time to accommodate. Check Scottie's out, and enjoy! I would have given 5 Stars except for the pay to park phenomenon and QR codes that can be just annoying and have appeared in every major city. Nothing is free anymore including parking. We will be back.

The experience wasn't all the way bad, just not what I expected. Food was good, it would have been better hot. My friend enjoyed the ribeye and broccolini. The collard greens were fair to her.
