I agree on the with poor reviews. It happened to me too…read more It seems that is the modus operandi of this business. They give you a quote and once you are there they change it. I believe upon seeing the person, he increases the price. I had to pay him half with a card and half in cash. He wouldn't give me a receipt for the cash. Only for the card. I believe that he defrauds the government tax. Why would he do that? He did tell me he would have my vehicle lift kit installed the next day. It took him five days to return my vehicle. I noticed that he would do side jobs from customers old parts in between the new customers for his hispanic buddies or close people. That is why i asked him to return my old parts to eventually trash them. I previously had a lift kit but i went to a bigger size tires. In my opinion, he was expensive and tardy on what he promised. Can't complain about the lift kit he recommended. However, i did find out it was over priced. Maybe because of my address... Go there if you have extra cash or if it convenient to you. It's disappointing for me when people eyeball you and exploit.

I knew right away that I didn't want to spend anymore money on an old car and made the decision to test drive a brand new 2026 Honda CRV. I immediately fell in love with the car and knew I had to have it and we made it happen! Everyone and I mean everyone at this dealership was so pleasant to work with and made this experience so easy for me. I'm terrible at remembering names and I remember everyone who helped me during this process. This place is simply the worst service I've experienced. Basically going back to when I bought this…read morecar just issue after issue but typically a manager would do something to make it right. Well not anymore, now they simply do not care. Long story short my car had safety inspection and was told the alignment was good. Fast forward less than a week later my car is making a sound and wheel shaking... well the alignment caused my tires to go down to the inner lining. These tires are less than 6 months old and cost me an additional $500 out of pocket. I asked for them to compensate for the tires because it should have never happened the GM Rigo really couldn't care less in my opinion "We made a mistake." was his response and then tried pointing the finger at tire company, and myself like we are some awful drivers that caused a "unheard of" change in an alignment in such short mileage. Offered a free alignment but absolutely refused to pay for tires. The leadership here does not care about the customer. Refused my request to have owner contact me, and did not care about keeping me as a customer for service or future purchases.. over two tires is crazy. Just beware, I would go anywhere else. Hey and look at that safety inspection less than a week later! But hey, they just made a mistake... no big deal.. right?

But he did! Saving me time and money that I cannot express how much I appreciate! Also he made sure I got the right size battery! Also said they're not allowed to disclose why they can't, which is odd since I was there three months ago and had that same headlight replaced by a worker. Also couldn't pull up my account to check or exchange that same headlight since AGAIN it was brand new three months prior. Also went back in after repurchasing the bulb for a refund in which yes it was opened they also denied me of that as well. Ended up going to La Quinta Autozone where they both checked my headlight AND gave me a refund without hesitation. I don't know if your staff just doesn't want to work or let alone go outside because of the heat but they chose to apply and work there no one forced them of that. :)
