In the middle of a road trip, I came in with my toddler and dog in need of tire service. Simply put, their service was above and beyond. I was having a terrible day. I was struggling and overwhelmed. They were sweet, helpful, and kind. It really is the little things that make a huge difference - entertaining my son with a small or response to his queries, offering water, making jokes that helped to alleviate my stress, ensuring me everything would be okay, and keeping me updated frequently. We were passing through the desert on our way back to Orange County when a tire blew out and the bearing completely went out on our trailer. We limped it to America's Tire and these guys went above and beyond for us. They stayed an hour and a half after closing, ran down to AutoZone to grab a tool for a seized bearing, found us a great deal on bigger and better tires/wheels, and even fixed some backward bolts on our trailer that weren't installed right from the start. They didn't have to do any of that, but they did and they treated us like friends, not just customers. Absolute top-notch service. Came in early for a tire check no one there but one person at 9 waited an hour for my tire to be checked not good service at all instead as people came up they took their cars instead I guess it was because I was a warranty tire and not paying for new ones!!!! read more

I have been to this shop twice. Once to purchase a new set of tires and another to have them rotated at 5k miles. I got upsold on the tires but the rep explained his reasons on why I should and they were all valid points so I did. The tires are way smoother than the stock ones and are better rated. I can't remember the young kids name who helped me out but he was great. My go to place for when our other vehicles need tires or anything related. read more

It's a straight scam not a legit business. The Indio location is better but definitely don't go to the Coachella location went in there for a simple tire sensor to get it replaced. They told me to drive around for a while and it'll activate when it didn't activate. I took it back. They're trying to get me to replace the rest of the sensors for more money instead of fixing my original problem. They're a rip off a scam. Don't go to the Coachella location. I noticed a screw in my Tesla tire. Was able to drop my car off and America's Tire was able to patch and even checked and filled remaining tires air pressures all complimentary. I received amazing service and everyone was incredibly professional and courteous. I will be bringing back my other vehicles for all future service. Would highly recommend to others. read more

I'm a regular at Americas tire for the past 15 years. Usually Jaime and Chris take care of me. This last time Jonathan worked on my car and I noticed my tire pressure was 92 psi in the driver side rear tire. This was a careless and extremely dangerous mistake. Also putting unnecessary pressure in my brand new tire. I recommend all my friends and family here and I don't think I can recommend Jonathan work on any of their cars. Hopefully management can fix the situation. Truly unacceptable. read more

I drove in just for a quick tire pressure check and waited while workers were standing around, 3 guys taking a spare out of a small sedan, really?... I guess no one wanted to walk in the sun and just left me waiting. I had groceries in my truck so I just left without the service. I should know better than to go to Coachella for anything. Some workers have no sense of customer service. Mind you, I buy all my tires from AT and I have my truck "tire service" paid. If I could give zero stars I would!!! I recently had a terrible experience at American Tires in Coachella. Rudy was extremely unhelpful and blamed me for my tire issues instead of assisting me in finding a solution. When I asked for options, he rudely responded, 'What do you expect me to do, give you a free tire?' when I just wanted a cheap tire that fits my budget .... I'm literally just a girl This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I do not recommend this location based on my experience. read more

This shop is great! I first discovered this America's Tire because I work in Coachella. They are always super courteous, speedy, and competent. Hermes is helpful and somehow stays friendly and polite even though he seems to be all over the shop, everywhere at once, taking care of every detail. When a different branch of America's Tire damaged the pressure sensor in one of my tires, I trusted these guys to fix it. By the way, the road hazard warranty, which costs an extra $15-25, is completely worth it! Some businesses sell add-on warranties with lots of small print that makes it impossible to ever use it. Not America's Tire. Their road hazard coverage has saved me money on several occasions. read more

Johnny put on my new wind shield wipers (purchased from another place), after he had already finished the service for no extra cost. I was given updates and left happy. Wow! So my son & I drove all the way to Palm Springs to buy the Cherokee that he wanted. When we looked at the tires, we decided we needed to replace them. We called around and America's Tire in Coachella was the only place that had them in stock. We drove over and arrived at 5:59. Albert still helped us. Not only did they install the tires but he noticed a leak that led us to find an issue that would have been disastrous had we not fixed it prior to driving 200 miles home. While they are very good at mounting and balancing tires, their attention to detail is terrible. Last few trips there: 1. Did not re-install two valve stem caps 2. Did not torque lug nuts on one wheel. 3. Did not install one lug nut. 4. Ignored appointment I made in advance. 5. Mis-inflated tires several times 6. Refused to replace defective TPMS sensor. Please walk around your car before you drive off and look at all four wheels to insure they did the job properly. read more

Pretty quick and convenient place to have near my house. I recently had to get new tires so I came here since it was closest to my house. Unfortunately, I had to return since once of my tires popped when I when over a small pot hole in the area. I didn't find the hole to the tired not sure what happened whatever. I came back and had insurance and Eriverto helped me out and got straight to the point and prices. Asked how I was enjoying them before they popped so that was a lol. Time consuming but 1.5 hours wasn't too bad not sure i don't do this often. I had to work so my brother came and got the tire for me and renewed my insurance very convenient. read more

Went to get a new tire and use my warranty on my other two. Couldn't change them because They installed the wrong type of wheels so now my warranty doesn't apply even though I paid for it. Showed my receipts and still no service for it. Left very unhappy and not well attend. Never again. read more

During my road trip from San Francisco to Austin, I encountered a flat tire about 10 miles away from America's Tire. I have a Smart Car and the tire size is not standard size. As I waited for the AAA tow truck to come, I called America's Tire to see if they had a tire in my size. Jorge called a nearby America's Tire location to have the tire brought to the Coachella location in time for when I arrived. I wake up this morning, (3/19/19) to the same flat tire that was allegedly patched yesterday. Such an inconvenience to my day. My family and I were traveling 750 miles driving 2 cars that had been in storage. Little did we know that both car's tires had dry rot and we had a flat outside of Coachella when one car had a blow-out. The tow truck got us to America's Tire.
