They stayed an hour and a half after closing, ran down to AutoZone to grab a tool for a seized bearing, found us a great deal on bigger and better tires/wheels, and even fixed some backward bolts on our trailer that weren't installed right from the start. They didn't have to do any of that, but they did and they treated us like friends, not just customers. Absolute top-notch service. Have you ever found yourself in a better mood after getting a flat tire? No? Neither have I, until…read moretoday! While driving down the 10 freeway around midnight, I unfortunately got a flat tire on my motorhome. I called a few roadside service providers in the area and was either told that my tire size was unavailable or I as was quoted an absurd price. I was beginning to get worried, until another service provider recommended that I call Jesus at Drive2U Tires and Repair. I was told that he is the best in the area, and they couldn't have been more correct about that! Jesus's professionalism and genuine desire to help was immediately evident. Not only was Jesus's price far better than anybody else I spoke with, but he was on the road to my location literally within minutes of us ending the phone call. Jesus worked efficiently, knowledgeably, and highly professionally, while treating me with the upmost respect throughout the duration of the service call. While I understand and respect that some prefer to perform their work with minimal interaction with the customer, Jesus was happy to hold a conversation with me the entire time he was working. It was truly a pleasure to be in his company, even on the shoulder of a freeway. Oh, and it happened to be his birthday! Despite this, Jesus displayed true happiness to be able to be there helping me out. (I did, however, feel bad that I was the first person he had to see on his birthday haha) Thank you, Jesus, for turning a frustrating situation into a pleasant interaction that allowed me to continue my drive in a far better mood than I was in when I called you. When call Padilla, they also said they did not have anything in stock used BUT they gave me sizes that would work and price on new. The point is I was in a pickle and under the gun with a tow driver needing to know where to go and Padilla gave me options to help me out in my situation.
