I was recently contacted by Chris at USA Auto Shipping in regards to my review. He was interested to talk about my experience and see what he could do to make it better. After our conversation and a little back and forth, I was offered a partial refund for the trouble with the driver. I truly believe my concerns were heard and efforts will be made to not use this driver if at all possible. I made a deposit through the phone. After the call, I was immediately emailed a confirmation with all the details. There was a 5-day pick-up window by the carrier. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time. The carrier was going to be ready on the first day out of the 5-day window - perfecto!. This last minute accommodation was phenomenal as I called to have my car shipped in the next 48 hours. The door-to-door service was very convenient. On the day before shipment, the carrier contacted me with a time slot for delivery. They also kept me posted on the ETA on the shipment day. My car was loaded on the transport truck, and off it went. It arrived in CA safe and sound. In fact, it arrived a day earlier than anticipated, which was in the benefit of the recipient.
