The associate, Laura, refused to process the return and told me the item was "no longer in the system." She opened the box, checked everything, confirmed it was unused and undamaged, and still insisted she could not do anything. She then claimed the blender had been "purged in 2024," which makes absolutely no sense because I purchased it in 2026. When that explanation fell apart, she told me I should drive to the Macon store to return it, even though I bought it at the Warner Robins store. There is no reason anyone should have to travel to another city to return an item to the store where it was purchased. She offered no store credit and made no effort to help. Her attitude throughout the entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If this is how she treats paying customers, I can only imagine how many people she has pushed away and how much business this store is losing because of behavior like this. HomeGoods needs to address this situation. Customers should not have to deal with contradictory explanations and refusal to help when trying to return an item they legitimately purchased

I asked the cashier about the return policy , and she called the Byron, GA, store and talked to the manager, Salem Okasha. The Manager said that I could return furniture if it's new in the box. I opened one box, and parts were missing. I decided to buy the missing parts for that item from another store. On 6/11/26 I took 4 unopened boxes back to Dealz Outlet for a refund, and that is when I was told no refunds. I see now that the manager lied to me; they just wanted to make a big sale. This is a dishonest business, and I want my money back.

While waiting, I couldn't help but notice how unorganized and gloomy the store felt. Clothes and items seemed scattered, and the overall vibe was a bit depressing, definitely not the treasure-hunt shopping experience Ross is known for. I've shopped at plenty of Ross locations, and many of them manage to be clean, inviting, and at least somewhat organized despite the constant foot traffic. Unfortunately, this Warner Robins spot didn't live up to that standard. I didn't even feel inspired to browse after my return, which says a lot for someone who usually enjoys a deal-finding mission. Here's hoping management steps it up, because the potential is there,it just needs a serious reset.

Seriously the coolest bookstore I've been to in awhile! (You can peruse books in the old bank vault!) I bought some thank you cards (religious, 8 for cheap!), a new book, and a used book. I thought the used book prices were a bit high but every single one I saw was in excellent, like-new condition so I guess that's reasonable. And the new book I bought was on sale so I felt like I was getting a good deal there as well. I think you can park in the front and the back of the store. There is a stair case and an elevator. The staff was SUPER nice and very helpful. I very much enjoyed my experience here!

The workers were very nice and attentive and answered all of my questions. It's pretty cool that you can trade in books for store credit. We traded in a bunch of books and received $100 credit. The use of the credits is a strange system. You can only use store credits on used books and then you can only use the credits for 50% of the price of the book. So for example if your book costs $10, you have to pay $5 out of pocket and you can use $5 in store credits. The books are very well organized but I didn't like that they mixed new and used books instead of having separate sections for each. Overall good experience. I'll be back to spend my credits.

Recently, my teenage daughter mentioned that she could no longer view the Instagram page of a local boutique she had shopped with in the past. It struck me as odd, so I sent a message to inquire about it. The owner responded and informed me that my daughter had been blocked because she believed my daughter and her friend had supposedly damaged a dress while shopping in the store last month. According to the owner, the girls were laughing in the dressing room, and she concluded that they had damaged a black dress and found it amusing. She further explained that she placed the dress on the checkout counter when they made their purchase to give them "an opportunity to admit responsibility." The problem with that logic is that neither girl damaged the dress, neither was aware of any issue with it, and neither even noticed it sitting on the counter. If the owner genuinely believed they had damaged merchandise, why not address it directly at the time? Instead, she accepted payment for the two tops my daughter tried on and purchased, said nothing, and later blocked both girls from the store's social media page. As a mom, I take accusations about my daughter's integrity seriously. She is genuinely the best person I know. The suggestion that she would intentionally damage merchandise and then laugh about it is so far removed from who she is that it is difficult for me to put into words how offensive I find that accusation. Yesterday, I visited the store for two reasons, to defend my daughter's character and to offer payment for a dress I know she did not damage (my daughter tried on 2 tops and purchased both for $72.) I wanted to close the matter while also making it clear that it would be the last dollar my family spent there. The owner declined payment and apologized. However, as our conversation continued, she repeatedly maintained her belief that although she didn't think the girls intentionally damaged the dress, they had "accidentally damaged it and thought it was funny and laughed about it." I found her assumption about what they were laughing at presumptuous, defamatory, and infuriating. Had she not repeated this false assumption, I would have let it go and would not be posting about this. She also stated that she "was not the only one to witness it." What she "witnessed" was 2 teenage girls laughing at themselves while shopping- which is a normal activity. A customer spends money at a business, leaves without a single concern being raised, and is later judged, blocked, and labeled based on a false assumption. The photographs shown to me depicted a dress with a significant tear in the fabric, not a loose seam or minor defect. When I showed the pictures to my daughter, her response was sincere confusion, "How would she (the friend) have even done that by trying it on? That would take force." I was also surprised to learn that the owner used information from my daughter's purchase history to locate and block her on social media. As a parent, that is unsettling. Customer information should be used to conduct business, not to track down and block a minor online based on an unproven assumption. So many other possibilities exist here- the most likely being that the dress was already damaged, and it was overlooked by employees before it was tried on. I know the girls were in the dressing room laughing about clothes that didn't fit and looked awkward- not laughing as they ripped up a dress. That is completely absurd to assume! As parents, we teach our children that integrity matters. We also teach them that when someone falsely questions their character, they deserve to be defended.
