The problems I had were management and checkout. 2 cashiers, 2 parties in front of me. Each party must have had 40-50 items! I had one shirt to buy. Cashiers were VERY slow. Scanned about 3 items a minute. I waited like 20 minutes for my turn, 7 people backed up behind me. The customers in front of me, well, 3 calls to the manager to try to peel 20 cents off items, and to ask long questions about receipts and returns. But after helping, the manager looked at the line of waiting customers, turned on his heel, and ran to the back! My cashier took a break to sip her drink for a minute or two before helping me. It must be boring to work in a store like this with no windows; Probably low pay, so motivation might not be there, and the low prices keep people coming back, but seriously! I always find it a huge disappointment when you walk into one of these and the men's section is almost nonexistent. And what is available is like the leftovers that probably would end up at Goodwill. Very few times have I been able to find anything clothing wise. With the pared down selection, and sparse items, this place felt cavernous. To the point if you weren't in here with other customers, you would feel like you were in a movie where you are the only person left. Customer service was over the top here. That is one area where they did succeed at.
