I got a few minor electronic items that are a great deal. Yes Dollar Tree is cheaper, but sometimes they don't have the name brands nor the selection that TJ Maxx would have. I also think the quality of these small electronic items is better here. The company roots date back to 1976, when Bernard (Ben) Cammarata, General Merchandising Manager of Marshalls at the time, was recruited by discount retailer, Zayre to develop and spearhead the launch of a new off-price chain selling family apparel and home fashions. Under Mr. Cammarata's leadership, T.J. Maxx was born, with its first stores opening in 1977. In the late 1980s, Zayre was restructured and spun off three of its brands -- T.J. Maxx, Hit or Miss, and Chadwick's of Boston -- which served as the initial retail banners of what would become The TJX Companies. TJX continued to grow steadily over the years, opening stores in new markets, countries, and continents, launching new chains, and acquiring other retailers, to bring its popular off-price model to an even wider network of customers who love the eclectic mix of quality, fashionable, brand name apparel and home fashions, all at amazing value. They have an amazing book department--recent bestseller hardcover books as low as $3.99! Comic Book Trade Paperbacks--many listed $19.99 for $3.99, too!. I got a hardcover oversized edition of the DC miniseries "Watchmen" listed for $40.00 for $7.00! Star Wars and Super Hero action figures for half the price than what Walmart sells them for. Excellent deals on cereals plus items like coffee (40 kcups box for just $9.99 on one brand). Great prices on items such as body wash and shampoos. Cool discounted electronics. I bought a floor turbo fan for $30.00. They sell some really nice rugs plus bath, bed & kitchen items, super cheap car items like windshield wipers and seat covers, yard items and more! The staff is friendly and you can see they work hard so treat them nice---they're helpful and accommodating (hope it stays that way). Every Thursday is when the new stock comes in. They give 15% off coupons on their rewards program. I take a trip there weekly to discover great bargains--especially on books, toys and food! I hope this store sticks around and continues to offer great discounted items and great service. We need a store like this-- especially during this horrendous economy in 2023.

I almost missed this store, because it's not actually located in the Wrentham Village Outlets. Good thing my mom saw this as we were leaving! Overall, it's a good store. It's a go to for discounted brand name items. Though you must come with the right expectation: just because it's discounted, doesn't mean it's going to be cheap; it's just relatively cheaper.

I am always greeted when I walk in the store, which is a rarity these days. Mainly, I use Family Dollar for things like laundry detergent, cleaning products, paper goods and personal care items. Their regular prices are low, and they do have advertised sales. They also have a basic selection of household goods, food items and clothing, so it's possible to do one-stop shopping, without fighting the crowds of a Wal-Mart. My only complaint is that the store is sometimes a little messy, with merchandise or trash on the floor, which in turn is probably a result of the store seeming understaffed at times, as another reviewer noted.
