I well stocked Walmart and you can see many employees restocking everything! The food bins stocked high of avocados, lemons, onions, potatoes and more and the bakery items fresh as can be and if you wanted to save more money there is a shelf filled with day old pies and cookies and more at a lower price! Worst grocery pick up place around!! They never answer the phone! Leave you out there forever, calling over and over again. Whenever you place a really large order, it miraculously gets "cancelled due to system issues". Time after time, I see that they claim items are out of stock, and I will send my husband in while call 100x over and over again. Of course, he finds it in stock!!! Every time!! Was told we couldn't return without receipt. We had paperwork. They would not look up receipt. Went to customer service and associate was helpful and easily printed us a receipt. The Tmobile rep added a phone line to our existing T-Mobile account with new number which we did not want. Heading to a legit tmobile store tomorrow hoping they can help us. Walmart's customer service polices may serve Walmart, but they do not serve their customers. Given my recent experience, it appears that their policies are designed to make a customer's attempt to resolve a problem so frustrating that the customer gives up. Guess what? It worked! I quit trying to resolve my problem, but I'll also quit shopping at Walmart. I made the mistake of doing my weekly shopping at the Walmart on Rte 44 in Raynham. When I got home, I found that the rotisserie chicken I bought was still pink inside. I called the store to ask for a refund the next time I come in, and to let them know they needed to check the remaining chickens, since undercooked chicken can make people sick. What I thought was going to take a few minutes turned into more than an hour of absolutely aggravating phone calls. I was told that in order to get a refund, I'd have to bring the chicken back. So, I would have to store an undercooked chicken in my refrigerator with my other food for a week, or drive 30 minutes each way back to the store. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was left on hold for more than 10 minutes with no one picking up. Called back--another 10 minutes on hold. Called a third time--another 10 minutes. Called the 800 number, was told to return the chicken to the store or speak to the manager. When I reminded the representative that going back to Raynham would cost me more in gas and time than the chicken actually cost, and that I had tried for more than 30 minutes to speak to the manager, I was told they would "escalate" my complaint but I would have no way to find out the results of the escalation. These policies are clearly not intended to resolve problems, but simply to make it as burdensome as possible for a customer to get a problem corrected. While I don't want anyone to get sick, I do hope if someone gets ill from these chickens that they hire a lawyer. Market Basket here I come!! read more

This location has always been great for grocery pick up orders and they are typically in stock of all if not most of the items I shop for. Orders are typically completed in a timely manner. I most recently ordered a birthday cake online from the bakery here, which was so easy and really very convenient. The reason for the four stars vs. five would be because this store is not exactly the easiest to navigate. Also my most recent visit here i did have an issue with my cake order, however I have to add that it was rectified immediately and very professionally. With that being said, everyone loved the cake and said that it was absolutely delicious! They were certainly surprised when I told them I bought and ordered it from Walmart! read more

I understand that covid is a problem/ excuse. However, I am totally discussed by the fact that things in the dairy are outdated by 1 MONTH! There is NO EXCUSE FOR THAT. Dump I had the unfortunate opportunity to buy an item online and pick it up at this location. Like all Walmart's, you will need a shower after your visit. Ordered 2 air conditioners. I needed them before the weekend and this was Wednesday. The website said they could be delivered the next day, so I ordered them. From that moment for the next 24 hours the status was "preparing". I called twice on Thursday. The first time they said they couldn't find a driver, but now they would be delivered between 7 and 9. I called again at 7:30 just to verify and was told that they wouldn't be delivered and I could cancel the order. This place is HUGE and one of the WORST Walmart Supercenters ever! So difficult to navigate. AND they don't have maps. How bothersome! The least Walmart can do is provide their customers with a map of the store (like literally every single other Walmart that I have ever been to). Even though my local Walmart Supercenter is smaller and more condensed, for my purposes it works best, this is too much and honestly way too big and vast (that's something that I barely ever say, but there is just too much space here!) Next, the organization. YIKES! Super disorganized, messy, and lots of items ring up at the wrong price at the register (they seriously need to fix their price tags!). They did recently get self checkout, and are the only large store in the area open 24 hours (the other Walmart in Raynham is not open 24 hours), so it is a good place to shop and find bargains (I do prefer going to the other Walmart in Raynham due to its size, but late at night, this is all that's open!). Employees in technology are especially rude, and even while knowledgeable about the products themselves, if they are giving customers incorrect information about the store policies (such as price matching rules) they shouldn't be giving it out at all (seriously, why tell someone something if it isn't true.... my policy is that if you aren't 110% sure of something, don't say it!) By the way, there is SO much trash and carts throughout the parking lot, and every carriage holder is completely full and going out to the lot. Average-yikes. Called to ask about the FedEx counter and the associate on the phone was very rude. She audibly sighed angrily when I asked if they sent a certain type of mail and when she did not know the answer (understandable, I didn't realize it was a separate department) she refused to get it. Instead, she gave me the number and hung up. When I came in to drop off the package I found out she had given me the wrong information and the counter wasn't even open. read more

Their MinuteKEY machine is a total waste of that valuable one minute of your life. Don't waste your five dollars. We bought two keys for a new door and neither of them matched with our lock correctly. The kiosk did not give us the option to print a receipt either so now we are out of $10 and still in need of working keys. Also, this Walmart is so dirty. There is an insane amount of trash spewed throughout the parking lot as well as cigarette butts. It's such a shame to see that this place can't spare a few hours each week to clean up their parking lot. The environment seems to be of no concern to them. read more

I wish Yelp had negative stars! EVERY time I go I have to WAIT in a long line. 6:30pm on a Thursday, only 5 cashiers. SERIOUSLY. The management of this store is HORRIBLE. When I go late 11pm-12am they have even less cashiers on. The employees get minimum wage, ya think a rocket scientist is gonna work there?! Get real if you shop at a Walmart the quality of the items is very low. The employees do the best they can with the training they get, which, I'm shure, is not that great. If the management can't schedule a sufficient number of cashiers, do ya think they have any skills to train employees?? I'd guess Not! The other thing that really is annoying is when they wax the floors. They close off huge sections of the store. They seem to do it before midnight. It's a 24 hour store, can't this be done, oh say 1-4am?? I'd bet the number of customers is very small during that time. This store is open 24 hours, 7 days. This fact makes it the only option when you go out late. The basic bottom line is this big box store has run many small businesses into the ground, all over the country. They pay little money to their employees, do not train properly, have poor management among other things. They suck you in with 24 hour stores and very low prices. So like mom always said "you get what you pay for!" Remember that when shopping a Walmart. Good luck. This is my favorite store! I love that I can do all my shopping in one place. I can get all my food here, as well as clothing and household goods. Prices are very reasonable. This saves you time from going to several different stores for certain types of items. Their website is also very nice. I usually don't come around this area, but it's supposed to be the largest walmart with numerous options. So, I decided to give it a try, and went in looking for low priced camping gear. The store was pretty organized for a walmart and easy to find. While checking out I struggled with the "self-checkout" area. I usually wait for the cashier to ring me out but the few registers they had open were longer waits. The young man christian gladly helped me out with ringing out my items. He was knowledgeable and witty, and made my experience here the best! The big honkin' 24 hour Wal-Mart that I always seem to end up at whenever I'm home in Raynham one way or another. Hugeee, always a bajillion people there (even at 3AM), a grocery part I am scared to ever buy meat from (seriously, should ground beef be THAT red?), however they do sell alcohol (just beer/some cheapo wine/wine coolers, those sorts of things) and have self-checkouts which old people always hold up because they can't figure out how to scan a kiwi. I can't imagine -why- they want to build ANOTHER Wal-Mart on 138...when this one almost never has all the registers going or enough employees to actually work the registers (I seriously think Wal-Mart hires more random people to walk around and do nothing than actually scan at registers...).
