I used to have a dvd collection of over 500 dvds until someone sold them without my permission but this place could help me build it back up to its former glory. I chose to write this in February, the month of love, because I love dvds and anyone who loves me knows how excited I get when I recieve a new movie or tv series. I would literally be in heaven if someone bought be a boat load of movies here for Valentines day, or really any day. Their cakes are moist, and everyone loves their whipped topping icing. My order is always ready when I tell them what time I'll be there to pick it up. I called what I thought was a good number to file complaints (turned out to be the store number) and She followed us outside and told me that no one cares about my complaint. Preceded to call me a Karen, a bitch and a fat ass and said that if my children weren't with me then she'd "get ghetto" on me. Absolutely the worst customer service and yes, I told her that. I just can't believe that she's allowed in a place of authority. She's a miserable person and employee.

So if you want to skip the Sam's membership, GFS is definitely an option especially those with families.
