If you have a girl it is the place to be. The staff are a bunch of teens dressed as princesses, but the hospitality is on the next level. The first thing they said to us it what can we do for you. They served us our drinks, sodas, etc. it was awesome. They also were always with the kids. The place itself does makeovers which al the girls love. They dressed them up and had a fashion show which was great. Overall, it was a great place. If I had a daughter, I would take her back. It is tough to up their boy game though. The only downside to this place is there are NO fitting rooms! Pain in the butt I know but they do this on purpose. They have a 21 day full money back refund with receipt and tags but let's face it most of us will buy a bunch if cheap clothing go home try it on and not bother coming back for your $6 bucks. (This doesn't count for me though, I always come and return). You find a large selection of every type of clothing from clubbing dresses to bras and undies they have it all. Even shoes and accessories. If you ever have an hour to kill come check it out it doesn't hurt. Heads up the material of the clothing isn't always top butttt you get what you paid for, so don't complain.

I think you have to try this store for yourself and not be guided by the reviews. We are all different.

So I checked it out and bought a shape wear garment in my size that I have bought many times from other stores in my size with no problems. This was my first time in the store and when I was at the register the associate never told me about the final sale. When I tried it on at home the garment didn't even go up my ankles. So I took it back and the manager there said that there is nothing she can do but gave me the corporate number. After multiple calls with different people. I was told that they would not be giving me store credit or a refund. All they could do is tell me "sorry " that is store policy. I'm a shopaholic so I've shopped at almost every store brick and mortar in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and online. I've never in my life had a problem with a business not working something out with me to keep a customer. They would rather loose a customer and have negative reviews, negative word of mouth then try to make that customer happy; so that she would continue to shop there and have a positive experience. Several stores I've dealt with have had that "final policy" but they still worked something out with me to keep me shopping there. I'm now left with an undergarment that doesn't even go up my ankles, but is supposed to be in my size that I now have to throw away. I will never shop here again and I will tell others about my horrible experience at Madrag.

Whether it be candy, clothing, electronics, phone accessories or toys, they had a good bit of everything. Furthermore, this store was way more tidy than other smaller ones I've been to shoutout to the employees for that. If there's one thing about FB it's that they can be a total mess & luckily that's not the case here. Also, the few employees I saw were friendly & offered assistance. Some were actively organizing. They had most of the typical things you'll find across all locations. Since the store is big they also had things that I haven't seen at others. I found some cool "World's Smallest" figure that I almost walked away with but self control is huge in a place like this. It seems like they stay updated in terms of products so I'm looking forward to seeing what they have during the holidays (Halloween especially). Although I'm a fan, I'll be the first to say that some of their pricing is crazy. I can't justify spending over $10 on a product at a store that ACTUALLY used to have everything under $5. I understand times have changed but that's my biggest issue with them. It's in an easily accessible location & has plenty of parking out front. Although it's not the closest FB to me, I think it's worth the extra few minutes to come out to this one.

This is one of those places that you can definitely spend a lot of time browsing around. For a store this big I was actually surprised at how well maintained it was, things weren't thrown all over the place like I've seen at other stores. I walked around and tried to be open-minded with this store. I know it can get hectic and things get out of place. I did see a blouse that reminded me of a Michael Kors one that was only $8.99. They had that in the front which was smart because it is sort of eye catching. Prices are super low here. It is almost unbelievable so if you are on a budget, this could be a great place to find some name brand merchandise at a low price. So much of the store was cluttered and so many things were out of place. It seemed more like a thrift store then a store selling new merchandise. My friend bought something and we waited in line. We walked up to the cashier and the lady had a really bad attitude. My friend wanted to buy her items separately. The lady did not understand that request and it took about 5 minutes for her to realize what my friend wanted. It was uncomfortable and I was really ready to leave the store. I must say that the security guard in the front was very pleasant as well as the male cashier right near the door. Both were concerned because we had come in from the rain and asked if we needed any paper towels to dry off. It will be another several years before I ever set foot in this place again and it probably won't happen then either.
