I've had my luggage set for over 5 years and I use it regularly. So even though Marshalls sells things at a discount, that doesn't mean it's not good quality. I've gotten things like notebooks, coffee syrups, home decor, and other gifts from here throughout the years and I've never had an issue with anything I've purchased. I don't really venture to the clothing items often because I don't feel like rummaging through the clothing racks. I have on occasion searched for clothes for my toddler though. They aren't disorganized, I just don't like clothes shopping. I suppose you could find help if you need it, but there aren't typically employees chomping at the bit to assist people. To be fair, I've never really needed help with anything because I'm usually just there to look around and see what I can find... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I like getting snacks and coffee syrups from here because they sometimes have unique flavors and options I've never seen before. Use the Hoover with very hot tap water and cover the entire rug twice but go over the NASTY spots several times. Then after emptying the machine rinse the rug again using hot tap water. Amazing how much more it cleans. Now since I am OCD I go over the rug again with no fluids to help the rug to dry even faster. Pets or no pets if you have a rug I highly suggest you RUN out and purchase this machine. 1 cleaning pays for itself. Oh, and don't skimp on the cleaner. AH, I can breathe again!!!

The deals were seriously worth it. The staff were also great. One worker in particular, Tee helped me with the pricing and made sure I got my 15% discount. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have a huge selection for women, men, and kids, all discounted from the regular Nike prices. I definitely recommend checking it out.

I explained that the shoes were all placed under the wrong price section and asked why they were being displayed that way. I was told they would "take a look at it," and the associate simply walked away without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I decided to move forward with the purchase anyway. What made the situation even worse was the cashier's attitude afterward. She rolled her eyes, was rude, and didn't say anything. I told her, "Have a great day," not once, but twice. I was never rude, disrespectful, or confrontational. I simply brought attention to what appeared to be incorrect pricing and expected someone to address it professionally. I also asked for the associates' names because I wanted to make sure I could accurately identify who assisted me. The cashier told me her name was Teresa. When I asked for the other associate's name, she told me that both of them were named Teresa. One was skateboarding in the store, even had the audacity to confront one of the store associates if he was "being an inconvenience" and the lady said, "what was inconvenience mean?" So, the boy said, "am I being bad?" and the lady responded with a NO. However, when my sister and I was shopping in the store. All of the associates treated us like we shouldn't have been there. They didn't fit in my car, so I let the associate helping me know I'd be back within the hour with another vehicle. He said no problem, see you soon. As stated I was back an hour later. Interestingly enough, my mats were not! At first I thought, oh this must just be a mix up, and found the original employee that assisted me. But no, he let me know he had sold every mat they had in the past hour, including mine. This employee knew what he did and did not care. Tractor Supply Pasadena sold items I purchased and had in hand. Tractor Supply Pasadena STOLE my items, and gave them to someone else. The manager Liz was equally pathetic. She clearly doesn't understand logistics (or the definition of this word) OR basic business/customer service values. I was even flexible at first, asking if they could deliver them to my house within the next week Since I had already driven to the location twice in the same day. She said there was nothing she could do and couldn't/wouldn't tell me when more stock would arrive, or move items from another location. You'd think that after you stole from a customer, you'd go the extra mile in this situation (which wasn't even very difficult). She eventually offered a refund, but it wasn't about the money at this point (this wasn't even an expensive purchase). You stole from your customer, made no effort to fix the situation, and completely humiliated the Tractor Supply Brand.
