I got my very first Nintendo Switch at this Target on launch day back in 2017--and today, I picked up the Switch 2 here on day one as well. Both times were simple, no fuss, and actually kind of chill. No chaos, no scrambling, just in and out with a brand-new console in hand. That's not something I take for granted on launch day. This location sits somewhere between the two extremes of the Target universe. On one end, you've got City Targets, always slammed, shelves ravaged like a Black Friday preview, and the checkout line curling halfway through the store. On the other, the golden suburban-Targets, wide open, fully stocked, eerily pristine, like a place you would find Stepford Wives quietly refilling their pantries for their husbands waiting back at home. This Target? It strikes a balance. Still feels like a full Target, but manageable. Inventory is solid, the layout makes sense, and it never feels like a scene. Parking's easy, and the staff has always been helpful when I've needed something. Yikes target. Not your best selection for dressy, clothes. There was NONE. They had holiday clearance dresses. We couldn't find any church clothes for my kids. We would had to go with casual... for a funeral? Better off hitting up Marshalls or Ross. Not like it use to be. Store feels empty because it is empty. The little they do have you'd this would be more organized & prettier. We came the day after black Friday & there was much more stuff & cleaner store... you'd think well after the holiday rush they'd have it together Also 4.99 for a cheap box of hair rubber bands? ..no wonder why they were fully stocked with THOSE, who'd pay that? Well I'm here to pick up the 58" advertised but they can't find it. So as they looked I went and got some popcorn. I am back and there is a lot of people here waiting and looking for sets. Ad comes out today and they lack structure and direction. The people working are working hard but where is the leadership? Where is the coaching? I have a problem... I'm addicted to Target. They have a super conveniently located "dollar" section right at the front of the store. I don't actually know what they call it, but it's seasonal items that are all $1, $3, and $5... although I did see one item that was $7. The things you find are extremely cute or fun for kids. It's not good when you work at an elementary school and you just want to get EVERYTHING for your kiddos. They always seem to have what I'm looking for without the chaos of Wally World (Walmart). I love the setup of the store and how modern their kitchen and home stuff is. So why only 4 stars? Well, it's the bathroom. I like how it's right there at the front of the store so you can go at the beginning or end of your shopping trip. However, the bathroom never really seems to be very clean. It seems like they just go in and barely wipe stuff down. It's not horribly filthy, but everything, including the door, always seems to be a bit sticky. I get highly annoyed when I'm shopping and I have to pee. It cuts my shopping trip short because I refuse to go there unless I really can't wait. If they would just show the bathrooms more attention, it would be MUCH better! read more

I love Target. I can spend ages on the app adding and removing items from my cart. I've never visited the liquor section but I have walked past it plenty of times. It appears well stocked, I'm sure if I was gifting someone a bottle of wine I may or may not stop in there. I love curbside pick up. It is so convenient to click the I'm on my way button. A few miles later I park in the right section and my purchases are loaded into my trunk. This saves so much time and money (who can stick to their list at target?). The closing process was full of assholes. One guy on a cart herding people. Annoying loud voice coming overhead demanding people go to the front. The front closed all registers making a long line. Horrible customer service. I ordered my daughter's Christmas gift online on 12/5 to pick up in store. It was supposed to arrive on 12/13. I was supposed to get a confirmation email when the item shipped - never got it. The store was supposed to notify me when it arrived - never did. I called the day it was supposed to arrive, spoke with someone who would 'transfer me to account services'. I kept getting put back on hold every few minutes. This went on for about 20 mins before they finally just hung up on me. I show up today, 12/16 to try to pick up my item. I'm informed my order has been cancelled as of yesterday because I didn't pick it up within 'the time frame'. I was never informed of this mysterious time frame. Who gives people 3 days to pick up their item? Who cancels an order without contacting the customer? There's nothing they can do, my item isn't in the store. I'm desperate because it's very close to Christmas so I spend double the money re-ordering the gift with Express shipping to my home and hope for the best. Never again Target. read more

The new look, looks great. I didn't see a lot of people in the liquor section, which was a new feature for the revamped look right? I hardly see people in there. Ok fine, whatevs, I don't drink so it doesn't really bother me. But it actually does, for one reason. POPCORN. Where is the popcorn? Popcorn adds to my shopping experience. People with good reviews must not have been to this Target recently... it's a MESS, the clothes selection is pathetic and they have stuff all over the place, you find a shirt you like but not in your size but it's of course not on the correct rack but on multiple racks all over. The shoe selection is even worse and again a freaking mess!! All the clothes are wrinkled, so if you happen to find something, you will have to go home and iron it. I was hoping once all the construction and remodeling was done that Target would be in better shape. No. It was not. How does a store come out of a major remodeling phase messier and more unorganized than before?!?! The girls department, while the most organized of the stores we visited today, was unorganized. Clothes were shoved places, racks stood empty, and the kiosk stands were hit-and-miss for what should have been there. I walked through the women's and juniors sections and they were the same. About the only place that appeared organized was ironically the dollar section! I may need someone to explain that to me in as many small words as they can. I'm talking my daughter to Walmart later on today. I can still find things there and if the store is a mess, well heck! It's Walmart, what else do you expect? It's really sad and someone prefers Walmart over Target. After Note: I visited Walmart after I wrote this review. Walmart was clean, organized, had employees working to maintain shelves, and we were able to find what we needed in a clean clothing section. I know. Breathe. I was surprised, too. It's almost 10am and I couldn't find a single register open. Baskets ALL over the entrance of the facility. Makes it feel very unwelcoming. I needed a price match and I had to go up to customer service in order to get someone to help me. After she verified that they could give me the price she tried sending me back over to self check to purchase it. When I told her no, they needed an override she said "okay I'll get this but you can go over there for the rest of your items?" Mind you there wasn't a single person behind me! I love Target but I will NEVER go to Target Optical at this location again. We scheduled an appointment just to sit there and watch multiple other customers walk in and be seen before us. Not once did the receptionist communicate with us to let us know why we were waiting. Finally, I said something and she said she was still verifying my insurance. Surely, it doesn't take this long to verify insurance because I called a different target to make an appointment and the receptionist was able to verify the insurance within 5 minutes. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I went into the store to get food items. I'm in the line waiting to checkout the cashier (old white lady) is laughing and talking to the guest she's currently checking out. The guest is a white couple. I'm up next to checkout and I'm not white. The cashier isn't friendly with me at all. The cashier bags my items by placing 1 to 2 items in each bag. That way she could have more bags to repeatedly slam and aggressively shove my items over to the side where I retrieve them from. Every single bag I had she basically threw it down with a angry force. After that when it was time to give me my receipt she kinda tighten the receipt up in her hand as if she was trying to ball it up. This Target location is a pretty nice one all around! They have a larger selection of electronics, toys, clothes, groceries, etc., since it is a larger Target than others. I have gone to the eye glasses doctor and purchased glasses here and have always been pleased. The store is clean, nice employees and the bathrooms here are big and always clean. The flowers don't seem to ever be very fresh, so I recommend going somewhere else guys! The parking lot can get over ran by birds, literally HUNDREDS of birds EVERYWHERE. On you car, by your feet, on power lines and bushes and the building itself. I always get my car crapped on when I go to this location anytime from 5PM - until close. The birds don't seem to be there during the daytime, however, I may be wrong about that. read more

I've been coming to this Target location since it opened. I've never been particularly impressed with the staff, until today that is! The girl that checked me out (Amber) was a ray of sunshine! She seemed like she was enjoying her job, she was polite, knowledgable about Target products, and very kind! Customer service at its finest!!! My husband and I loved this target.. It's down the street from us and we shop there all the time. I work retail at another place and no matter what kind of mood I'm in I always make sure to be polite to customers. I usually don't ask for help because I never really have any trouble finding what I need. But today 3/15/19 at around 2:40ish the blonde young lady working in the women's section by the changing room was extremely rude. I simply said "excuse me mam" and she turned around and gave me the most disgusted look, she didn't ask me if I needed help she kind of just stood there strangely, she was acting so weird that I had to ask her if she worked there because I wasn't sure by the way she was looking at me. Terrible customer service! Hardly ever have registers open. Returns are ridiculous. Ordered something online so I wouldn't have to come in and half of the tree was missing from the box. Took them forever to get someone to bring up the replacement from the back. They had nothing but excuses and didn't seem to care about actually fixing other customers problems as I had to wait and watch other people deal with them. This target has gone downhill. Management is doing a poor job at providing great customer service. The last 3 times I shopped there they had 1 registered open. The cashiers have been pleasant but you can tell they are over worked. One of the cashiers was not even a cashier. The poor young man was trying so hard but he was the only one open so the wait was about 15 minutes. They do have self check outs but when you are buying 30 items self check out is not convenient. Walmart has better service than this Target. I hope they come up with a plan and really rethink their method behind having 1 cash register open. Management needs changed. read more

I went to target today around noon and they only had two cashier lanes open and it's tax free weekend! The lines were insane including the self checkout. The store was hot inside too. Target has always been my favorite store but it has gone down hill with the recent changes.
