There are tons of vendors here - in front of Waterside they're easy to see but there are more inside and on the back area by the water so be sure to walk through the building (a few were set up inside in back by the doors) and onto the sidewalk outside where there were easily another 10-15 tents. There is a lot of vintage/flea market clothing but there are also vendors selling their crafts like wood cutting boards, stones and crystals, bags, soaps and candles, etc. We had a good time and everyone was very friendly.

But only had two -then finally added a third cashier. All while there were literally groups of staff on the floor and behind the counter. People were leaving the line (that had DOZENS) because they were waiting SOO LONG! And, there were groups of employees gathered within sight of this very long line that was snaking through the store. Just thought Mgt would want to know -it wasn't a good scene!! Lots of loyal NR customers that wanted to spend money-and not enough cashiers to help !!

I was like a kid in a candy store and needed a lot with weight reduction. A traditional blue blazer was top on my list. The amazing and energetic female manager Krystle Butler helped me. She knew her store and products. I got measured for new shirts and jacket. I knew my exact waist size. Another employee and young man brought things out for the manager to review in front of the mirror. I'm down two jacket sizes to a 42. Shirt size back to a 15.5 neck. BB shirts are the best! With the jacket on sale for $299 I made my move, plus work shirts and new suits on a follow up visit a few days later. Rejoice! Rejoice! So happy Brook Brothers is at the Norfolk Premium Outlets. I will be a regular and need so much more.

Well I've been back other times, but this is for most recent experience November 2025. I'm super fan of the Polo brand. I have a closet full of branded suits, shirts, pullovers and sweaters. I still have most of my purchases from decades ago. I'm confident I would have given the outlet a 4 star opening. But I just was not feeling it this month. The Polo store at the Norfolk Premium Outlets is nice. It's loaded with merchandise. A staff perspective n did engage me. Displays are attractive. They offer all the classic designs that customers depend on. So why the 3 stars? Pricing was staggeringly much higher. I'm sure I will return, especially with Christmas quickly approaching. However in all likelihood will purchase less. 3.5 rounding down.

But they were all good to go! The clearance rack in the back caught my eye so I got to browsing lol. There was an extra percentage they were taking off items that were already on sale so my cart grew bigger and bigger. Everyone who helped me was so nice. They were patient. I took my time to make sure everything looked right. I ended up buying a whole new outfit and some accessories. I didn't spend a lot of money either!
