The restrooms at the front of the store had several toilets that were "out of order". C'mon Walmart... Get this shit fixed! I like the different products at this store. This is actually a review for the shopping center which is called Tops Plaza but for some reason when I created the listing, Yelp (bunch of geniuses) decided to change it to simply Tops. I've corrected them 3 times, they won't change it. There is a Tops Friendly Market in this Plaza but I'm 100% sure the plaza itself is called Tops Plaza - according to the internet and according to signage - so whoever is correcting these things needs to get retrained and they need to actually trust that I know what I'm doing when I create an entry. I'm pretty sure the person that keeps declining to fix it does not frequent Lockport... lol. Anyway this Plaza is a perfectly normal strip mall with a bunch of different cool stuff in here including restaurants and clothing shops and shoe shops and a bank and of course Tops itself. It's pretty handy for the Lockport residents and it's right on Transit Road so it works pretty well. And the same time there are not a lot of imaginative innovative food choices here.

It's always clean inside. The employees are always nice. It is always busy regardless of day of the week or time of day. Lines never seem to be backed out when checking out. I usually use the self check out lane unless I have too many items. Today I had to return an item I didn't need. Only had to wait 2 mins at customer service (usually the line in incredibly long) and then the cashier took the receipt and gave me cash back. Never have had an issue here. Sometimes customers are rude but it's Walmart so have to expect it. This location has a subway, vision center and arcade.

I noticed he was sitting inside before I even got there not saying a thing to the subway worker. Then all of the sudden he got up and started cussing the subway worker out over a receipt. When she tried to explain why she couldn't he didnt listen and started snatching receipts of the counter. Then he told her he was gonna make a horrible review about her and he ended up making this poor worker cry. For a man to sit there in full uniform and cuss someone out infront of muiltple witnesses who felt so bad for the lady that they tried to comfort her is honestly disgusting to see. Especially when i work in fast food myself and i know how it feels to be yelled at for something i cant control. This man needs to be fired or something. Unfortunately i wasnt able to see his name since his back was to me but you have cameras. Figure this out that man should not be in custmer service if thats how he wants to act towards people over a receipt. Okay. It's Dollar Tree. But wowza. This is the best one I've ever been in! It was so organized,…read moreroomy, and the store is huge. The selection was enormous. I especially like stocking up on greeting cards here, .50 for most a dollar for some. The cards are really nice, Hallmark. Many blank cards too, nice for writing your own sentiment. The seasonal goods were plentiful and will bring cheer to your front door or table. There were quite a few craft items as well. I scored a great small self-healing cutting mat. For a buck. The departments were organized and orderly. I skipped the food and storage area but there was quite an assortment of brand name items. The staff was friendly and masked. The checkout associate was particularly friendly and welcoming. She let me know this is the largest Dollar Tree in the area. I'm just not used to cheerful employees any more. What a refreshing experience! Go to this Dollar Tree for all those seasonal or usual needs and a fun adventure awaits!

No business ID, membership or other hoops to jump through. I love that I can pick up giant freezie pops here, the same ones you get from the corner store. If I go to a store they are $0.50-$0.75 a piece. If I come here I can buy a box of 50 for $7.50, which is $0.15 each. That's a steal. I posted a fair amount of what they sell in the photos, but they do have more. I would give them 5 stars if they got with the times a little more. The website currently doesn't work, prices aren't listed anywhere and last time I tried to use credit, they didn't accept it(that may have changed).
